May 3, 2022 - Chris returned to CVRJ

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
It actually makes sense, because if you're releasing someone back into normal society, if they can never get a job or are constantly having their house set on fire, you're just setting the stage for more crimes to happen (either by the ex-con or by some normie equivalent to what we would call an A-log who thinks that "punishing" their victim justifies their sadism)

The U.S. doesn't do this, which basically creates an underclass that only knows how to get by by committing more crimes.
Eh, I think it depends, if it's a sexual offense, especially against vulnerable people then the public deserve to know so they can be on guard, really any significant theft and assault too (Employers for thefts and partners for domestic abuse for example), the public generally get pretty upset if the justice system looks like it's too soft.

Obviously there's exceptions and in Chris's case that's all pretty irrelevant since he's likely never going to even want to work any job again or be put in any position of responsibility over children or vulnarable adults so a new identity would probally work out pretty well if he agreed to move and tried to keep a low profile ( :optimistic:).

If you're hiring someone to do a job that requires handling Social Security numbers and other personal information, you'd really want to be sure that you aren't hiring an identity thief.

The real problem is that most criminals are supportive of the criminal culture, e.g., it's a good thing to enrich yourself outside of the law. Their reintroduction to normal society is more or less a way for them to find new victims.

If Chris fucks it up,

I couldn't quote @Pointless Sperg directly but it's not a matter of if it's when. He'll fuck this up because no matter what they try he'll still be a complete and utter moron who'll refuse to accept how morally corrupt he is and demand they release him on his terms and treat him like the special spoiled brat he is.

I wonder how his stay was in the hospital. He probably went to confirm if he can testify but then again he was gone for too long so maybe he became a danger to himself?
He was probably at the nut house for three months, which isn't that much time in the slow roll of the criminal mental health facilities, to go through the tests and administrative paperwork. I just saw it as the time he got to jail and was in "medical" for a few weeks before getting booted back out to booking, or the other times he's been in trouble with the law and they've given him the "not crazy" stamp of approval.

I think Chris hates it because 1. He went to a mental hospital and 2. It was probably the result of a tard out. Chris would never admit that he fought or caused an issue unless it made him look good, and he would definitely be whining about if they said he had some insanity that was latent. Nope, just talking about the crime and general legal defense it seems from Chris's last letter.

I think Heilberg's just going to have to play the "This guy is just stupid" rather than any sort of undiagnosed mental condition. Also most likely why Chris is actually putting together some sort of cornball defense, he knows that his tardcard got revoked and the court just won't buy it.

Given Chris' history, probably not. If his act at that Indian restaurant from the GFM video is any indication, one can't really trust Chris to interact normally. This is the same man who wore a "Want Woman" sports bra in public. If the purpose for Chris to act normal, the best chance is the judge, who can act as a parent (in terms of handing out punishment for bad behavior) would say to Chris in these terms: "no internet until you act in accordance with these laws." Ideally, it would be best to monitor/restrict Chris' access to the net. More than likely Chris will have his net access monitored in the tard home (if they'll allow him).

It's best if they put Chris in front of a screen all day just watching cartoons. It's not like he does anything active.
I get a mental image of that chick from the Twilight Zone movie with no mouth hypnotized by the tv. Probably the best fate for Chris.

I hope he gets raped and murdered in prison.

One look at him and his fellow inmates will settle for just murder: "Yeah I wouldn't rape that with someone else's broomstick."

Chris might have been persuaded to plead guilty, or at least no contest, but I bet he refused because part of the deal was not going back to 14BC.

That's absolutely why he's still in jail. Spending time in a relatively comfortable confinement, where all his physical needs are met, and boredom is his only burden, isn't much of a punishment for Chris. Meanwhile, losing his precious sonichu temple is about the worst punishment possible, at least as far as Chris is concerned. I wonder if he assumed (like a spoiled toddler) the court would change its mind and send him home to 14BLC if he obstructed the court enough and waited long enough in jail.

Also, compare his mugshots from before and after his hospital stint. His post hospital picture looks a little, well, broken. I think it finally might have sunk in that he's never returning to 14BLC. That might also explain his recent drawing where he moves 14BLC in his head to his imaginary kingdom of CWCville.

If he doesn't take a plea deal, he still has to go to trial.

As you know, in J&DR it will be a simple bench trial, which is a lot easier proceeding than a jury trial. I don't foresee it taking very long. Then we get to sentencing, which is the only thing that ever really mattered in this case.

I'm absolutely certain the state is paying him.

And I'm absolutely certain he's not doing this case for the money.

Heilberg seems to me to be a stand up guy.

The right to trial by jury in Virginia is absolute.

Sshhh. Nobody tell Chris that.

Or do. Chris learning the hard way that Phoenix Wright is just a game could be very amusing.

Maybe @SigueSigueSpergnik has information that I don't,

Either way, I can't be bothered to find out for certain. It's a shame it's a closed court thanks to the weens or we could have field reporters on the scene to know everything for certain. Weens ruin everything.

No, his practice is in the independent city of Charlottesville.

I may be mistaken, but I'm sure I saw somewhere his office was in Stanardsville.

When Chris fucks it up,

Fixed that for you.

I'd wager on it going to indictment rather than them just letting him go.

Letting him go is the cruelest thing the court could do to him. And probably the worst for their own public relations. Chris is 100% guaranteed to re-offend if given the opportunity, and everyone knows it. Chris, himself, is probably looking forward to it.

If I was allowed to hit him

Shock collar. Trust me on that.

I don't think it's possible for Chris to maintain a new identity. The sonichu medallion would give him away immediately.

It’s been proposed that if Chris took a deal today, he would be out of jail. Is that the case?

Part of Chris accepting a plea deal involves Chris pleading guilty (or at least no contest). Once a defendant pleads guilty, the whole case skips forward to sentencing. The court is not going to draw that out, especially with an accepted and agreed on plea deal on the table. They'll want to be finished with him as soon as possible.

There would be some time needed for processing and to find somewhere to put him, but they wouldn't house him at the jail for any longer than they absolutely must.

I wouldn't say it's been completely revoked. Just that it's not getting him out of this and back home as quickly as it used to. The only thing it's good for now is keeping him out of real, big boy, bend over and take a deep breath prison.
It’s at least part of why he’s in protected custody too. That card is valuable if you want to run afoul of the law.

Chris's identity is remarkably plastic - but only when he choses to do it and he always keeps parts of it.

You couldn't get Chris to change his identity by force to save his life, but if you convinced him it would get him China, Toys anything he really really wants he will change it just enough to get what he wants but keep the core of him and that's as you said the Medallion, the Sonichu crap, his Initials, Famous on the internet etc and he'd blow any new identity in moments.

He'd get used to it after awhile, and probably would embrace it since it would be going off fairly routinely. I mean, he cut his taint open and before that, walking around perfectly fine with an infected piercing there. And all the UTIs he's had.

Effective Chris treatment has to be at least a 3-5 year, wearing a body camera every time he goes out, with GPS monitoring, and the largest, scariest, most ignorant negro orderly to beat him if he deviates. A shock collar could be implemented for some things, but having someone like that come hunt him down when he starts going screwy, and later, the threat of that happening would be a good deterrent. That and a beating on his birthday, just to make more grateful.

Fear seems to work, initially, but eventually when Chris finds out it's just bullshit, he'll go hog wild. That's why it's important to stick to it for a time period, gradually weaning him off the physical pain and more of something "God will smite him" sort of stuff.

Chris openly stated that he became a "tomgirl" so that he could hit on lesbians. Being a guy really wasn't working out in the China department so he figured he'd kick it with the LGBTs.

It makes sense. I'm sure that somewhere in his conservative upbringing he was told that LGBT people are loose with sex. (I mean, not necessarily untrue for some of those letters but not so much the Ls.) So he figures hey, if I'm a lesbian people will have sex with me. Only real girls of course though.

It is not just Chris to believe this it seems, but Chris is especially retarded for thinking this.

I suppose it is a knock on effect of Lipstick or porn “lesbians”.

The idea that every dyke is a super hot insatiable nymphomaniac, who just needs to meet another girl who likes girls and they get it on in the locker room, changing rooms in shops or whatever.

I wonder how Chris would have handled it though if by some twist of fate this did happen to him, only halfway through the other porn trope happens of a man chancing on them, who promptly joins in.
