Unless he’s contacted her again, this is highly unlikely. They’re not even in the same state anymore.
I do understand it was for internet related offences, so distance might not factor into it.

Yeah, last we checked, they're both in Vegas. And Russ's probation ended in March, so he might have gotten it into his trauma-lumped skull he was allowed to contact her again. Of course, if he did, I think she would have little trouble getting another restraining order. I mean, she filed a report with the police, and he pled guilty to electronic harassment. It's pretty clear she doesn't want to talk to him. If he did contact her, I'm sure he justified in his mind as "wanting to see if she changed her mind" or even demanding an apology from her, because he didn't do anything(he actually said that to her bf at the time while pretending to be someone else).

He must not be aware there are millions of bands recording and playing their own material.

It was. She lived in Orem, Utah which is a city not far from Salt Lake. Then he moved to Vegas, and at some point, so did she. We don't know if he moved there to be closer to her or what, but they're both there.

I've wondered sometimes if he really thinks these women are constantly jetting around the world to meet up with random dumbasses who follow them on Twitter or whatever.

I mean, I know he thinks he's super special, and that these women are actively looking for husbands, and that Vegas itself holds some sort of mesmerizing appeal for them, but even then my poor normie brain just can't make the leap to, "I told her to come visit me in a comment on her Instagram, so she'll come see me because that's what she does and it's definitely how the world works".

It's one of the more minor Russ mysteries in the long run, but it's still a fascinating one.

When he booked that one hooker and started telling guys on her Facebook that she was taken and they needed to back off, he seemed genuinely astonished that she reacted negatively and told him she wasn't his girlfriend and she chooses her friends, not him. And he may have moved on, but contrary to what he thinks, he can't force anyone else to. He's shown a pattern of behavior that he continues to engage in, and that makes him dangerous. He hasn't moved on, and even if he had, he cannot tell people what they're allowed to consider when they decide whether or not to interact with him.
