I don't know. If you're willing to put equal money into a resin printer, you're going to get some amazing stuff that doesn't hate any tool marks on it. You can also print things that CNC machines are incapable of machining like hollow spheres and enclosed right angles.

Problem is, resin printers suck with gun parts. You need an FDM printer like an Ender 3 or Prusa i3 and a material that can handle the stress of a gun frame. For home printing, those materials are limited to PLA+ variants and reinforced nylon. The later requiring much more skill to print.

If you are more into CNC that's fine too. You can fabricate your own AR lowers from straight blocks of aluminum that will outperform literally any 3d print in durability and elemental resistance.

Comparing being exiled from office in 2021 v. coming off from bad luck in Georgia this year, this speech is a stellar improvement from the "I'm still here" feeling from CPAC '21.

His best since his last recent one, which activated the tornado sirens as he called for a "populist nationalist agenda against the globalists." And he even said globalists in this one too!

Honorable mention goes to the rising icon, Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson. After Roy Cooper is done, the only true based Black awaits North Carolina.

Something weird is going on in Virginia.

Traditionally Democratic areas are resoundingly donating to Republicans now. Large donations traditionally go to Democrats, but that is shifting back to Republicans.

Northern VA just had its 3rd Measles scare in 6 months. The afghans we imported from that clusterfuck last summer were housed in Fairfax and we have been having positive cases ever since.

Remember measles was essentially eliminated from the USA around 2000, but the third world shitholes keep bringing it back.

Parents don’t want to deal with that on top of the liberal school system. Nobody does. Just one example of a potential reason.

In order to understand the political phenotype of the NOVAcrat you have to understand that they are dominated by two groups. K-street Lobbyists and Defense Industry Eggheads. There is a third group of Government Bureaucrats, but they are pure Democrat voters.

The Defense Industry types care about three things:

• The absolute lunacy of what is going on in NOVA's school districts.
• Perceived mismanagement of foreign wars, and avoiding isolationism.
• Getting money for their individual project.

The first one is what finally gave VA a Republican governor after so many years. The extensive leg-work done by the Virginia Project people to ensure that the vote wasn't "fortified" was also required.

The second one is really starting to come into force now. Afghanistan was massive debacle, but it was able to be blamed on Trump wanting to pull out of that shit-hole in the first place. Because the NOVAcrat hates Trump, and anything resembling an isolationist policy, they accepted that explanation. But now, the Ukraine War is starting to look like it isn't going well. Several major papers have started to slowly acknowledge the fact that the Donbas front is on the brink of collapse. The Biden Administration has effectively tied American prestige to that proxy war.

Thirdly, almost all that money being spent on "Support for Ukraine" is being funneled into the hands of staunch Democrat allies, social programs, and then maybe 10% gets spent on war material.

The Lobbyist types operate in much the same way. They care about three things:

• Grants, tax-breaks, and bailouts for their company.

These guys are finally breaking red because of inflation, fuel, and supply shortage concerns. They saw that the Democrat plan to "fix" inflation is to increase taxes, institute price controls, and continue to print and spend money at an ungodly rate. Some of the regulations are starting to cut into these big boys, even though they generally get carveouts. For example: It turns out paper-cutting the oil industry to death will hugely effect the business you lobby for, whatever it is.

So NOVA will likely trend more more Red than usual in the Midterms. But don't expect them to vote for Trump. If you want to know where the majority of the Never-Trump movement came from, it was these guys.

You don't need them for degrees with a high market demand. The USA had no shortage of credentialed professionals prior to the Higher Education Act of 1965.

You need them because the Civil Rights Act of 1964 made it functionally illegal to hire employees based on aptitude. It's a legal minefield to require anything other than a college degree for an an entry-level position. Also, most people are pretty dumb and think defunding higher education is somehow bad.

I welcome the day when no one with the surname ‘Bush’ or ‘Cheney’ holds any political office in this country, from President all the way down to local comptroller. They were the only 2 GOP members there- not even Kinzinger showed. Whatever seriousness optics/reaction they were hoping to generate through having him show his face for the first time in years there was not achieved. They thought that having one on the GOP’s most elder statesmen make a rare showing would drive in how serious the event was, yet the reaction they got was who the fuck cares?
