I have a theory about what he lied about on the negotiations, and what he isn't telling May. I would bet that the only reason there is supervised visitation is due to May. Her being an admitted pedo is grounds to not allow unsupervised visitation for any court.
As for the support payments, he should jump all over that amount, if it goes to the courts, while he brags about making 5-8k a week, he will beg for a grand a month. Even if they only go by his legal claim of 70k a year he would be lucky to pay less than 1.5k a month. Does he actually think they won't seek back support and seize his assets if he doesn't pay. Granted he doesn't have much, but it would be funny to have the Vickers seize his LLC and all rights to the killstream.

You'd be wrong. Ralph is an emotionally unstable addict. Abuse isn't the only concern in that situation. Neglect and endangerment is too. What happens when Ralph is stumbling around drunk carrying Lil' Xannie and he falls down crushing his son under him? Or if he passes out with the backdoor open and the registered sex offenders living in the house behind Gunt's see a baby crawling around the back porch? I went with some outrageous examples, but there are far more likely and benign ones. There is also audio evidence of him refusing to assist his mother, whom he lived with, in getting necessary medical care. Painting a picture to the court that a parent puts their addictions ahead of their other responsibilities is a surefire way to torpedo their custody case.

It's not hard to have a better woman, better life, and better family, and being a better Christian than Ralph. But then, Ralph is the type that brags about all this nonsense, so quite fitting.
