Future of the House

Clearly not empty of stuff as pony is still in window.

Pony? What photo are you looking at? Because I don't see it.

That said, if those pictures I am seeing are recent, then someone is taking care of that yard. It may not look very good, but it looks a hell of a lot better than it would if it was being neglected (or if Chris was still responsible for the yardwork).

Second image, the one with the window with the air conditioner unit. Zoom all the way in on the bottom left pane of the window to the left of the AC unit. There's a MLP figure that's been there since Chris' arrest.

Not sure if it belongs here but a Chris Chan group on FB had a member state they were at 14 BC and it was empty, day time (1pm), didn't even hear a dog.
I think these pictures were actually from back in April (below) but the details are interesting and new. I remember Reddit nuked it pretty quickly, so wondering if they just posted various places?
There's an archive of the actual post floating around, pretty sure. But here are the pics.

Ah, you're right, at least two of the pics appear to be the same.

That looks more like a bigfoot to me, but I'll take your word for it. However, it definitely appears to be between the window and the blinds, so it could have simply been missed from the inside.

I wouldn't ascribe too much weight to a single plastic pony. The odd item always gets left behind when clearing a house. I don't expect Tom and Harriet to have been very diligent when cleaning up, especially considering the sheer volume of mess they were faced with.

The person who posted these may be the same but migrated to FB... Possibly. After a person vacates a house that you may have no idea of what happens next, you make it look inhabited. I've seen everything from deaths in families to moving someone out to a retirement home .

I know weening is bad, but I hope the dog and cats were taken by someone and not left to starve to death.

Maybe taken wherever Barb is unless she is in a home?
Back in August, the neighbors took in Chris and Barb's pets. However they were returned to Barb when she returned to the house. No information is on the CWCki about their status following Barb's car accident and hospitalization. I assume (and also hope) the same neighbors adopted the pets and they are now living a happy life, away from Barb and Chris' neglect.

Someone could make a fortune on a post-foreclosure video of the entire place.

How in the world would you monetize that?

Imagine the literal skeletons under all that garbage.

Assuming Tom and Harriet left anything, the garbage will all be removed before opening the house to auction. The best you can probably hope for are mysterious stains and the odd toy or coat hanger.

Unfortunately I don't think any of them were housebroken. Nor was Chris. That would make placing them difficult if Barb is in a care facility, and I don't know if it's something Tom and Harriet would put up with either. I wish someone local had been checking the animal shelters, just in case.

Hobo is surprised that in 2022 nearly everything can be monetized.

It would be as simple as the owner/occupier taking a video and putting it up on Youtube or behind some paywall. I'm incredibly behind on how the algorithm works for Youtube, so not sure if views = money or followers = money. But there are as many grains of sand in the world as there are filthy, capitalist dogs capable of exploiting such HORRORS.

And you say that with such confidence? How do we know that some 'fans' or trolls that have encountered Chris have not met unfortunate ends?

Silly Hobo, you no match for Stoner Wizard.

You could auction off Patti's bones.

That's more than just a video.

Also isn't Patti buried under her doghouse? Moving that would take a lot of work, as I have it on good authority it weighs at least 5-10 tons. Getting some waste bones from the butcher and claiming they're Patti's would be much easier, and it's not like weens would notice. As a bonus you could hold several auctions this way.

Nearly everything is attempted, for a certain, but not everything finds paying customers. We're talking about a video of a sperg's emptied house here, not something with intrinsic value like porn star farts in jars.

And then instantly pirated with commentaries, reaction videos, parodies, and so on.

Any corpses inside would have been cleared out by whoever is doing the foreclosure sale long before any access is permitted. There are cleaning companies that specialize in this sort of thing. They'll also fumigate the fuck out of it and probably tear out all the carpets etc. to try to get rid of the smells.

That's nothing that can't be handled with a Shovel Mech.

Patti's vengeful spirit can be handled by The Real Ghostbusters. You can sell her trapped ghost too. Separately, or as a set along with the bones.

Weens are pretty autistic, they could tell they weren't dog bones. You'd have to get them from a Russian Army butcher.

This. Any Chris merchandise must be physical, and its composition must be such that a 3D-printed version is inferior.

Until someone makes a 3D printer that uses Crayola FUCKIN' Model MAGIC.
