Some weird fuckery is going on over at Kawaii Productions. Neema was all set to graduate and actually move up into a management position when the company decided to dump her instead. This is the same company that started the kickstarter for 3D which met the full funding goal.
Yeah, Pippa and the other girls lucked out on getting picked up by Phase. Fishman seems to be one of the few guys in the business capable of showing professionalism and competence while not being anal about what his talents do at the same time, getting fucked over like this girl got really has to hurt and it isn't even the worst example of fuckery coming from these smaller companies considering Wactor exists!
I knew this would happen, but still sad. Poor ID2, Hope, and Council...
Do mind that HoloX got announced out of nowhere unlike all other gens. Meaning they kept a tight ship about the process and likely planned the whole thing in advance, and they are all based in Japan as well. IRyS is as well but her design is unique and has clearly been an issue in regards of 3D and the like, ID2 and Council aren't Japan based which might explain their delays. Cover isn't fucking retarded to show blatant favoritism like that, but it's hard to expect them to invest in infrastructure on every country they hire someone in, Indonesia itself is a colossal archipelago of many islands which makes logistics an issue if you make a deal with a Studio in one place and your talents are scattered all over the country. Not to mention the chances of getting a Kiara, the only member of a gen that lives in a certain zone unlike all others!
But I do agree that they should be doing more. Not showing support for your talents is the sort of thing that leads to disenchantment over the long term, and there's no coming back from that!
Im honestly not that suprised that HoloX is getting their 3D speedrun, chances are they had already planned or gotten most of their immediate post-launch support done before their sudden launch and they were banking on them being a breakout success (they sorta were), considering how fast their new years outfit was pumped out in comparison to everyone else
Either way rip IRyS, everyone was banking on Mori being the first one to leave because they were fed up with a company but at this point if they keep dragging their feet its not gonna be her lmao
Precisely, it's the one gen that got the most streamlined planning, they announced them on one day and had the debuts on the other, no teasing at all!
IRyS isn't doing badly but she needs to be supported. She is probably aware they aren't deliberately fucking her over, but even with a willing and patient person there isn't a better way to lose their trust than making empty promises over and over again while delivering fuckall!
