Swam laps for 30 minutes, burned 800 calories, elevated heart rate to 160% of resting (so about 160 here for booger) the entire time and called it a day in the half marathon training with a month left until race day-- at a chubby but respectable 24% body fat for the former high school football player with a few years of beer and door dash to burn off now in his late 20s.

Chad isn't there anymore. Boogie made some stupid excuse for why Chad left (I think it was something about visiting family?) but most likely Chad left because he was upset Boogie used Chad's gun to commit a crime.

We can just assume he lets the dogs just shit in the house (or he keeps them confined in the garden most of the time and lets them shit all over it and never cleans up after them).

You did not go to a pool and swim for an hour, you did not even go inside of a gym yesterday at all. A quick google search of fayetteville gyms with pool brings back two gyms, both of which seem to have working pools, one of which is the university campus.

However the opening times for the pool are as follows:
Thursday11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Friday11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

As we know Steven doesn't get up until 3pm, this is bullshit.

To give Melon the benefit of the doubt, he is currently still tweeting now as of 9am, implying that he has yet to sleep as well.

Until there is a photo of him in the pool or changing rooms, I fail to believe he's left the HAMS palace. I'm happy to be proven wrong though, the only thought I had was that on at least two occasions, he has recorded his 'fat guy splash' videos from a pool, however he makes it clear in his tweets that he was at a gym
