You really hit the nail on the head here: she can't do anything with it. Sorry this isn’t really a reply to any one ongoing topic but I’ve been doing some thinking.
When it comes to SRS there really seems to be this strange belief in surgical magic.
I don’t just mean the obvious delusional AMhole owners who think their dick skin will suddenly realize it’s supposed to be vag lining due to inversion, but this strange assumption that people are Mr. Potato Heads with mix and match parts.

No, we inherently understand that the eye is too complex and requires a very specific series of lines of communication to the brain that you won’t get by shuffling around anything in your arm. So why do people think your genitals, which are required for one of the most complex events in nature (reproduction), would be cut and paste? Hearing some of these trans men ask how to get their new penises hard, or these trans women trying to figure out how to control the (non existent) vaginal muscles to make sex possible sounds to me just like kids asking why they can’t cut off their arm, jam a bird wing in the stump and fly.
What they want doesn’t exist. You’d have just as much luck trying to see through that eye stitched on to your arm and thinking you can teach the arm skin around it to blink.
