Well, he could try to sue for defamation (if any staffers called him a woman beater) or under some tort law because he's losing the chance to play professionally over an allegation he was legally acquitted of. It's America so he'll probably lose, but he can still try.
I assume he might be trying to sue because the statement is so vague that it could easily be interpreted to imply that he and Theo took actions together that resulted in their bans. Other than that I can't imagine anything else even coming close to making it in a court room.
Note: Theo is a chomo who got banned for threatening to rape a guy's kid recently.

He wasn't acquitted. He signed a document for the police him when he was arrested and was delivered a judgement, by a judge, a month later regarding his punishment. The law itself he was found guilty of was not domestic abuse in specific. Most translations seem to list 폭행 as "assault" for his charge from the
Korean justice system website page they found it on. Given the totality of the situation and what appears to be a difference between how people read "assault" and what assault actually means in a legal sense, it definitely makes sense he was charged with it when police get called to a couple arguing and see damage to the apartment and a crying woman. All evidence of injury was
presented later at a civil lawsuit case where Infiltration was seeking monetary compensation over the down payment on the home after the divorce. If you mean he isn't a convict, then the convict thing is different because he never had a trial nor is he a convicted felon which is what the police promised him in exchange for signing the document according to Infiltration, so it wouldn't affect his ability to travel internationally.
Assuming that Seoul, Korea isn't some crazy backwards place, Infiltration paid ~$650 to settle the dispute with the police over a charge in the US that almost always would face jail time, especially in the manner US FGC players portray it as. The maximum prison sentence the judge could have decided on that he was up against was 2 years, with no minimum sentence.
I also want to address that reddit link from criminal-seonwoo-lee again: It's possible to me at this point that this guy has some kind of inside information from or is working for the wife's party in the civil suits. It is fairly absurd for someone to locate Infil's ex-wife's random printer review and then look for documents regarding a then-ongoing (as in, same week he made that post) civil case. But he also made the account mid January 2018, well before the suit was happening, so he has a vested interest of some kind that could be ulterior to working with the lawsuit and just have been that motivated to crawl through her socials looking for something.
