If a person doesn't want to be shipped, that's fair. All you have to do is say that in your rules and maybe make a tweet about the change, ranting seems to give the opposite result of what people want.

There's nothing Cover can do. Just like how other talent agencies or "content houses" can't help with visa shit. The only non-standard employment org that can help with visas are Esports ones and only because they get to abuse athlete visas.

Pretty sure that vtubers are for the most part contractors, not employees, so no work visa. Any traveling they do is burning w/e is the current days allowed by Japan for foreigners to stay.

Having said that, is Japan even still closed? Whats stopping MYTH from just traveling for an event and then leaving? Is it Keeki that already burned her days and can't go back?

Japan JUST reopened for tourism like last week, but business in March. Not sure about specifics, but I am guessing they still have to wait on passports. Those are usually the longest part of the process.

Who knows, though, it is also having to plan 5 people, 3 of which are usually very busy, to travel to Japan and have availability for the studio for that.

But also, Cover management does not exactly instill a lot of confidence with how they handle international talents.

the HoloID mc server is the best looking imo. watching zeta's stream right now and it seems so much better planned out than the clusterfuck in the jp server or the... whatever is happening in the en server.

I think she's totally 180'd her stance on TAG streams as a result of her talk with Vox.

Initially, I got the impression she was playing 'number buff' games she didn't like to make a good impression, and also refused to do TAG stuff because she was EN specifically. But now she's just doing whatever and talks about how liberating it is.

She's said that her FaMillie made it so she no longer has to worry about paying rent and can just enjoy herself/do more voluntary work. I feel like she just does whatever content she finds fulfillment in now, which is good.
