Rambo and Howard should 100% consult a lawyer about whether or not all the lies DSP is making up about them right now constitutes slander/libel.
And he supposedly had no knowledge of this until the video was made. But the detail of him thinking that because it made a loss, no one else should expect to be paid is abhorrent. It doesn't matter if it made you a loss, if people do work for you, you pay them for that work. Imagine if that had happened to him.

Just catching up with this Howard/T-shirt shit and DSP's constant "I didn't even make a profit!!!" weaseling is so annoying. He invested 1/3 of the cost, but the other two investors with the same amount put in don't see a cent because the shirts didn't earn profit yet! DSP keeps all the revenue and those Howard and Respect the Pact detractors don't see an ROI until DSP is fully in the red. He damn well knows he's in the wrong here and his refusal to admit it is loathsome.

It's telling that he's completely fine handwaving him lying about John on the internet and almost laughs it off with a "Gee golly shucks what a dumbfuck I was!" attitude. However, when the topic changes to money he's noticeably rocking back and forth, twitching and getting more and more distressed to the point he had to have a break and go and take a Tylenol to calm himself down.

Hey Phil, how about letting people finish their fucking sentence before interrupting. He's so quick here because he thinks he's finally found his gotcha moment and it's at best a part of a sentence with zero context and at worst an intentional quote mine to make Howard look worse. What is it he says whenever someone uses his words against him again?
Something that just hit me is of he was such a good friend, why not just pay for Rambo to go to e3, instead of scamming machinima out of a press pass? It's like he's so averse to do anything for another, even when that person is his "only friend".
It's like he assumes that there's no reason to not be a piece of shit when you have the power. In this group of people there's one who's known to publicly air dirty laundry when they feel like they've been slighted, one who had even done it by this point. And to give Phil a hint, it's the one who was in charge of the money.
He's just upset that he couldn't gaslight them back into line. The thing is, they were moving on and he kept trying to bring them back in vain, to the point that they were sick of dealing with him, combined with the documented habit he has of messaging in the middle of the night and they were likely sick of him. And then for him to publicly try to put them on blast and read private messages was the straw that broke the camel's back. They could've easily dropped this much earlier but they didn't, even when they did, the only catharsis they seemed to have was that it was finally in the open, they weren't holding it in anymore.
To think that all he needed to do was to keep it private and not behave like a fucking alien. All he would've needed to say at the time was simply say that they had barely spoke since the move and that Rambo had other things. As usual he brought it on himself.
