I'm no palm reader, but I suspect that guy is around Faith's age and doesn't work with his hands. They're some soft manbaby hands.
I would wager he has a normal retail job, like a Best Buy clerk. Those aren't hands that fight or get dirty repairing a car, though.
I would even call those hands, ladyfingers. Very dainty. Sadly that means our chances of seeing a BF vs Gunt fight, is low.

Vickers has more worn, mildly hypertensive, middle aged hands. Small little Sausage fingers. Gunt has hands like overcooked jokbal.

I would totally believe Faith is capable of finding a local guy who's willing to put up with her BPD, because BPD ladies are usually up for being thumbed and fucked by anything, including a gunted micropenis. Some young men even seem to find the BPD aspect, charming for a time.
