Oh, I wasn't knocking his campaign. He worked harder than any incumbent I can remember. 2020 was the first election I ever voted in, and watching the Democrats implode that year thanks to the lockdowns and the riots had given me hope, and the enthusiasm at Trump's rallies. That year, the media was eating shit on an almost hourly basis, they were made fools of (and still are). After it was all over, I was pretty disappointed. Because even I didn't see the fix coming. I suspected they'd try it, but never thought they'd succeed. What really pissed me off was once all that Dominion fuckery came to light, and I saw a picture of one of their machines-identical to the one I fed my own ballot into. It irked me to no end to wonder if it was simply tossed in the trash with so many other votes for Trump.Credit where credit is due, Trump performed in 2020. His rallies were massive up until governors shut everything down for covid. He pulled more votes than Obama's first term going into his 2nd term, and were it not for the zombie pulling 80 gorillion votes out of his ass, he would have had the most votes in US history. That's a pretty big feat for a 2nd term. He dramatically flipped the Hispanic vote and made more progress with the black community than anyone since the Civil rights era. His in party favorability ratings were astronomically high even when his overall approval wasn't great. Had he come up in an era with honest journalists, he may have ascended to godhood, even with all his flaws.
If the indications are true that more and more people are "unglugging", I'm not sure they'll have much of an impact. Those who will tune in will be diehard Dem's who want to watch the inquisition and diehard MAGA folks. I think that most others are too worried about how much they're now paying for everyday essentials. They're likely looking for an affordable and reasonable escape from the bullshit political theatrics. And Jan. 6th is peak bullshit political theatrics. How much of a shitstorm could come from the televised J6 committee hearings this week? I know it's a cynical last-ditch effort by the Dems to salvage the midterms (or at least create a distraction and minimize their losses), but I have a feeling they'll try to make some big moves such as trying to indict Trump.
Such moves could either demoralize or animate the Right, or pull a fast one on swing voters.
For the Republicans, no real impact - if the hearings show evidence that gets people off, Republicans will just nod and say "Duh", and if the hearings are political witchhunts, they've known and accepted this for a year now, and won't be surprised or demoralized. How much of a shitstorm could come from the televised J6 committee hearings this week? The add insult to injury, Mexican president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador will not be attending the Summit of Americas in CA. His reasoning is that Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua were not invited, but I sense theres more to it than that. Kamala is unlikable and creates more enemies than friends. Throw it on the pile of failures of Biden.More about the caravan. Is Kamala going to address this clusterfuck in any way, since she's the "border czar" or something?

Migrant caravan sets out in southern Mexico
Several thousand migrants have set out walking in the rain in southern Mexico, tired of waiting to normalize their status in a region with little work and still far from their ultimate goal of reaching the United Stateswww.sandiegouniontribune.com

They're not gonna convince Republicans. Their target audience is swing voters. For the Republicans, no real impact - if the hearings show evidence that gets people off, Republicans will just nod and say "Duh", and if the hearings are political witchhunts, they've known and accepted this for a year now, and won't be surprised or demoralized.
This pretty much only stands to hurt Democrats - Putting away criminals in their eyes won't move the democrat voterbase, and if the hearings instead show evidence that brings doubt to the case, much like in the recent Defamation Lawsuit of note, it may turn some public opinion. So at best, no change, at worst, the dems actually take a hit for showing off their political prosecutions. Its just red meat for the twitter crowd at the end of the day.
"I don't want solutions, I want to be mad!"
Ha, they look almost like lame Muppet knockoffs in the thumbnail.
Only because they're not really doing anything. We're seeing a bunch of Left Wing Fuckups coming home to roost all at once, and the Republicans have mostly just been watching them speedrun political suicide.Things seem to be going TOO smoothly for the Right at the moment.
>"no one told me about this!"In other news, Trump lives rent free in these idiots heads, Biden is claiming that no one told him about the formula crisis and is mad about approval ratings. My guess is his aides have no idea whats going and just keep trying to corral him or he was asleep in the briefing and brushed it off. Either one is plausible with the hot mess express running the economy into the ground.

You guys know I have little patience for doomers, but I am also not Polyanna. Things seem to be going TOO smoothly for the Right at the moment.
Then again, this is the Dems we're talking about. Their attempts at cosplaying FDR/JFK/Woodward and Bernstein routinely blow up in their faces.
"If you wait by the river long enough, the bodies of your enemies will float by."Only because they're not really doing anything. We're seeing a bunch of Left Wing Fuckups coming home to roost all at once, and the Republicans have mostly just been watching them speedrun political suicide.
Alas, as I sit here with rustled jimmies, I find this:Only because they're not really doing anything. We're seeing a bunch of Left Wing Fuckups coming home to roost all at once, and the Republicans have mostly just been watching them speedrun political suicide.
The erosion in those holding Trump responsible for the attack has come across the board — among Democrats (who declined from 91 percent responsible in Jan. 2021 to 87 percent now), Republicans (11 percent to 9 percent) and independents (44 percent to 41 percent).
The takeaway from our poll: Time has been on Trump’s side. The question is whether the upcoming hearings can return public opinion to where it was in early 2021.
Normally when a business owner sees a rival business pulling in more customers than his, he asks himself what he needs to change to be more competitive.
@Lards and Lasses has the right idea, the key to maximizing forum enjoyment is to normalize the ignore button. Also back in the day the police and community efforts kept the violence contained in the ghettos, bugmen never cared if the blacks killed each other in the first place. Now that the violence is spilling into their sections of the hive, they suddenly care.
Sounds like the current year system to gain power,
Step 1: Create problem through incompetence or malice (All the shitty whiners derailing threads)
Step 2: Manufacture additional pressure with mobbing and media (Spam Null with complaints about stickers or whatever)
Step 3: Propose a 'solution' that gives you power or whatever (Whatever the spergatroids want)
Step 4: Stop all the mobbing and media pressure you control (Leave Null alone...for now)
Step 5: Repeat until all power is usurped.
Luckily there is any easy way to stop dipshits like HHH from derailing threads, just hover over his name and hit this:

I haven't seen one of his lazy 'posts' in years. Its great.
Maybe I should be AT dictator.
Teachers?Normally when a business owner sees a rival business pulling in more customers than his, he asks himself what he needs to change to be more competitive.
The journalist sees a manlet whom people make parody accounts of salivating over his sister’s milkers and they want the government to step in and put a stop to his success.
Journalists are the fucking worst and I can’t think of any profession that’s more insufferable.
The amount of red voters is proportionally related to how big the White Riots will be.You're gonna have a bunch of Republicans and Independents coming out from every corner imaginable (floor boards, trash cans, sewers, car trunks) just to vote Red out of an absolutely steamed loathing for Biden and the Democrats. It will be a Red Chimpout.
It's Adam Schiff running the show (and he'll probably be their next House Minority Leader). Flyover country is not going to react well to some bug-eyed tiny jew faggot fascist telling us how evil we are. Remember, impeachments make presidents more popular. This is the same thing as an impeachment and they'll run it in the same overblown high school production "and then... the insurrectionists broke a window" fashion. They have more than a phone call this time but not much more. What are they going to do, shake their fingers at the guy smoking weed in some Senator's office? Weed smokers are their voter base. How much of a shitstorm could come from the televised J6 committee hearings this week? Second worst profession. Don't forget politicians.Normally when a business owner sees a rival business pulling in more customers than his, he asks himself what he needs to change to be more competitive.

That reminds me, are we shitposting here or is a new thread being created for that? How much of a shitstorm could come from the televised J6 committee hearings this week?
