Holy shit I was expecting the "ER deep wound" to be some of these very superficial cuts she used to do on her upper arm but this big-ass hole is a whole other level of attention-whoring. Ok, not to start a whole debate but the person they’re describing was so fucked up that they were already missing a kidney from alcohol and were even addicted to sucking cans, so let’s not pretend it was just the Xanax that ruined this person. And doing something as dangerous and idiotic as stopping Xanax cold turkey may have caused more damage than abusing it. No one is going to be the exact same person they were before. In fact, even people that were never addicts are not the same person they used to be, unless its a stunted cluster b of some sort, or someone with minimal variety of real life experiences. Also, this is the most counterproductive shit you could say to any addict in recovery or planning to quit. It’s basically telling them not to bother. On par with Luna’s solid advice of, “heroin will ruin your life but it feels amazing!”. This ex troon’s opinion should be taken with many grains of salt.

Depending on the doc/nurses you get in the ER, they may even send you home with a nice care package of bandages, antibiotic ointment and gauze. If they know she can't afford it they'll be even more likely to send her home with some stuff because they're not going to want her to get an infection.

Edit: that black bra is working overtime. Did she stuff the rest of her tits under her arms or behind her back? I can't figure out how she actually looks kind of flat chested.
