What stood out in the convo is that the "doctor" wants to be informed if the troon is anatomically intact or has an AmHole (4:30), because in the latter case their might be difficulty putting in a Foley. If someone who has a bit of experience with troons still has this apprehension, imagine the hapless ER doctor and nurses.

I assume it's similar to amputations, where you close up with surrounding tissue. The labelled square would be harvested for the med student's practice phalloplasty, and then the excess on the sides is stretch over the wound and sutured/stapled/whatever.

Doctors (implicitly): starting treatment before/during puberty drastically increases the chance of passing, so you won't grow up to be a hon.

Remember that these kids never sexually matured & will never EVER have a libido or be able to enjoy an orgasm even as adults. All this had been taken from them by monsters with sick minds full of transgender insanity.

And the early trooned mtfs will STILL become much more masculine with age because their body still produces testosterone. Not much but enough to drastically change their looks.

keep in mind that every pic of this performance is angled up, so that makes the lower half of the body appear larger. the pediatric-trans to human-fridge pipeline hypothesis has another data point. No doubt petras has a dietician and personal trainer etc so this is as good as jazz would probably look with maximum effort, and it isn't great. also in the coachella performance they kind of glued bangs over the sides of the widows peak to hide the receding hairline. they mangled his crotch as a teenager...for this. A personal trainer doesn't help because Petras has near total hip immobility. Exulansic was the first to point that out. She also showed how his hips got more & more immobile over the years. Watch any performance of him & you notice that he is unable to move normally let alone dance. He shouldn't even be trying to dance with such a severe disabillity.

Heres a photo from July 2018, hes 25-6 in this photo. Age has not been kind to him but nor does it for most troons. He's 29, almost 30 in August of 2022. The male body is boxy by design and its really coming through with his weight. Male & female fat distribution differs. Look at Jazz, his tits look worse on his body when he is obese. Its like the area behind the chest gets bigger and firmer but the breasts just kinda stick out as he blows up like a tub of lard. Looks more boxy than like a real woman.

See how the girl on the right still retains an hourglass shape while Jazz looks like a roll of cookie dough? I know fat distribution is different for everyone but the girl still has more of a tapered waist, with hips bigger than her bust area.

Kim Petras should not be stomping around in high heels of any sort. Especially with that stupid cat walk model strut, where models twist their legs and slam their feet down in stilettos. He should be in very carefully designed orthopedic sneakers, and be barefoot as much as possible. With bare feet he could place them more precisely as he needs to.

And yeah, in order to "pass" HSTS TIMs have to stay as pin thin as they can to minimize their natural boxiness. But castrated ones have great trouble doing that.
