about how she actually got the injury: this was 100% only self harm in the manner that she was the one to harm herself. It wasn't her cutting herself in a depressive episode. I'll bet money.

She hasnt cut her arms for ages. She mostly does her upper thighs. People tend to stick to a few spots. As she just got that tattoo, and was obsessed with it there is NO way she would have cut herself there on purpose. The vertical cut implies a suicide attempt- but she has historically used overdoses for those "attempts". Again- people tend to stick to a method. (Stick with me here- i know these are sweeping statements, but they are accurate lol). Additionally, Lurch specifically blamed the cheap knife. Would you do that if you thought your "wife" was self harming? You probably would if you watched her fumble and stab herself while cutting a pill or fuckin bag of chips open.
Finally, she refilled her pill case right before this happened, and spent a few posts literally counting down the time until she could take some.
She absolutely did something reatarded while high as fuck and literally accidentally stabbed herself. Total slip up. Shes saying "self harm" for the sympathy points. After all, shes going through SO much- who wouldnt want to help her?

also this bitch got zero prescriptions from the ER. I’m a former self harmer that made several trips to get stitches. Not once did I ever get a prescription for anything. No pain meds. They told me to contact my doctor for many signs of infection. That’s it. And that’s in two different states. She’s a liar.
