this is a weird thing to say when you're almost 30. it sounds like a middle or high school kid's words. kim is clearly an asexual virgin but gets paid to pretend to be a whore. the cringe is palpable.
you did not used to have to beg. What happened is they tied a lot of tubes, and about a tenth of the patients changed their minds, and some of them sued. They won a ton of money, juries felt really bad for women who want kids and can't have them. The malpractise insurers leaned on surgeons to stop doing so many of these surgeries. Ex troons are just now starting to sue here and there, and I am going to guess that they will be much less sympathetic (to rightoids for being degenerate, to leftoids for being apostates to trannydom). surgeons aren't trying to oppress women, they are trying to keep their malpractice insurance. Also, imagine sewing... a pillow, or a pair of pants, whatever, and you have to undo every tenth stitch. No one would want to keep going after awhile. It is way too high of a rate of failure for anyone to fix it, and there isn't a way to detect who is going to request reversal and who won't.

The “glans” always looks so horrific, like the baloney’s been semi-sliced and the end chunk is about to fall off. At a guess, the surgical method is to dislodge a small flap of baloney skin from the sausage, fold it up in a kind of n shape, then sew the raw ends down and hope it takes. It’s a really poor facsimile of the real thing.
Flesh just isn’t modelling clay, who knew?
