Prison Letters (6/04/22) - New Chris Jail Letter - Chris Explains Soul Bonding and the Goddess Logs

Boring, typical goddess stuff sadly but I do find it amusing Chris considers himself to be the virtuous hero yet his plans involves him systematically 'spontaneously combusting' everyone he considers to be a toxic individual like a maniacal dictator.
nothing has really changed since PVCC.

If I sent you to jail for a year I don't think you'd consider it "not serious".
But this is Chris we're talking about, and outside of a few things, he hasn't been screaming to get let go, and seems to actually enjoy his year long hotel stay. There's that other issue of Chris's disability payments stacking up in his bank account, so unless Barb is skimming them, Chris might get out with more money than he's ever had in his life.

If you were to pose the question to Chris, "What did you learn this whole time?", he'd probably have no regrets and just yammer on about how people helping him betrayed him. That would probably be all Chris "learned" about this entire thing.
They don't have to find him the best housing, they just have to arrange for services where his residence is. This means they have to make sure he has a residence. That could be supportive housing or it could just be a homeless shelter. It could even be 14BC if they decide that's the easiest way to deal with it, but then they'd have to find a way for him to be able to stay in 14BC on an ongoing basis.
It looks like Greene county has one shelter/halfway house in Stanardsville but if they're doing stuff out of C-ville, that should open up a few more options. They don't look like horrible places though if Chris doesn't have a car, Stanardsville is going to quite a big deal since it's pretty far away from Ruckersville's stores and shops if he's going to walk it.

Edit: Just checked walking times from that Stanardsville shelter to the middle of Ruckersville, and it's about a 3 hour walk, one way.

If Chris gets into a place that's as far from civilization as that one in his home town, Chris will definitely "be stuck" there verses somewhere like Charlottesville where he could roam and beg.

That’s not a slap on the wrist.
Normally for most people who get a year, they tend to want to change when they are released. Chris is not normal, and is strangely getting used to his year in jail. We all know he won't change. The only way this won't be a slap on the wrist is if Chris is not allowed to return to 14 BLC and get mandatory housing.

Thats fucked up that Chris could just waddle back home after a year and carry on having sex with Barb like nothing happened. This country's going into the toilet faster than a meal of Taco Bell ends up in Chris's briefs.

It's still unlikely. Barb doesn't seem to be there, so she is probably in the care of relatives. She might want to keep 14BC around to house Chris, but she probably won't be there. If she's been assigned a guardian, then it won't be up to her.

If Barb wants to see Chris, she can. You can't force adult, free family members apart forever unless one of them wants to be apart. That's called freedom of association. If Chris were on probation with a suspended sentence, or parole from prison, they could restrict him against Barb's consent, but they can't give him a suspended jail sentence since he'll have already done the max.

They *COULD* give him probation with a suspended sentence by adding a $2,500 fine and suspending that portion of the sentence. If he violates probation then he gets hit with the fine, which he won't be able to pay, but that probably wouldn't mean much. And of course if he had $2,500 around somehow he could just pay the fine and be free of probation.

EDIT: If he does get slapped with the fine and he just ignores it, they can jail him for contempt of court, but as long as he keeps up to date reporting his income in good faith and why he can't pay, they can't jail him. They might be able to garnish part of his tugboat.

They could place him anywhere in the state. There's no rule saying he has to stay in Greene County or the C-ville area.

Why did people think chris was gunna release peoples names/address' in the goddess log? I recall it was said everyone whom wrote him both trolls and people who wrote him positively were getting doxxed by chris. It was one of the jail calls where he mentioned the address book and people thought it was the same thing? I heard a redditor said chris was planning a mass dox when he got out.

It's not that he definitely is, it's that chris has a history of doxxing people when he gets mad, like his ebay customers. Whoever wants to take that risk to score some epic w33nery can do whatever they want.

But as they say in texas - fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, you can't get fooled again

Honestly, this is getting pretty boring, even on Chris standards
I know Chris is a complete retard but he´s not even trying anymore, every new letter is nothing more than:
yeah uh, I´m Jesus, The dimension merge is happening, G5 bad, soul bonding is not sex
the fun is reading in between the lines. like reading biblical scripture and poetry but much more autistic

Frankly I always believed the county was looking for any reason to arrest him so he could stop waddling around stinking up the place and to get guntzilla, who was doing the same thing to go home.

No, why do you think that? He was already a burden for the goverment, why would they want to invest more time and money on this nigger while there are 19 year olds buying ar 15 to shoot up schools?

They also had many many chances to do so before and never really cared or tried to put him in jail/prison.

Edit: just look at the record, he has been in court many many times and never they showed that they wanted to imprison him.

I love the idea of a potential right wing media storm from Chris getting a fine then successfully paying it via ebegging.

So they could theoretically ship Chris off to some urban hellhole halfway house if they wanted to? Or one way out in the sticks?

I'm actually surprised that hasn't happened more than it has given Chris's area is pretty close to that Loudoun County and the troon rapist there that was going on right when Chris's thing was.

What Chris wanted out of life was to derp around playing vidya until "Lovely Weather" - an Aryan supermodel - just approaches him out of nowhere one day as he hung out at McDonald's. Meanwhile he dreamed of "Sonichu" becoming a famous franchise, with the comics "paper-published with a comic book company like Archie, Marvel, DC or Dark Horse comics". And eventually, the "basically promised" - by God AND The Bear - daughter "Crystal" would be "given the birth" by "Lovely Weather" and Chris.

But then Chris did a hooker, the "Idea Guys" came along and "Sonichu" lore was turned into a spaghetti spill, Chris got delusions of godhood, and he committed incest "Soul Bonded" with his elderly mother. Now he's in the Jail of Fail, the comfy life he knew gone.

I honestly don't know which part of Lardass life is sadder. The part where he was a fat sweaty smelly and gross retard who though a 10/10 young super model would walk up to him and say "hey handsome let's start a life together. " or the part where he became a deluiosnal troon so desperate for pussy he settled for his dried up husk of a mother.

Yes, though Chris would have to cooperate since he wouldn't be a prisoner, and he'd be free to seek other accommodations and fuck the whole thing up. They're required to *help* Chris, but they're not required to force him to accept help.

Chris might listen though, since they would probably tell him that the alternative is for him to be homeless.

The one thing that kept Chris from becoming a stereotypical incel is that he was so hopeful/stupid that he still believed this scenario was possible. If he ever let go of his delusions and came to realize how fucked his possibilities for a relationship were, he might go shoot up the neighborhood.

Unless they up the charges to felonies, he's going to be out soon on time served, even if he's still awaiting trial, as he'll have reached the maximum sentence of what he's been charged with. Our court system doesn't allow the cops to keep you in a cell forever just because your trial hasn't happened yet if it would exceed the actual time you could end up locked up for when all is said and done.
Getting out I could believe certainly, but returning to the Sonichu Temple I am much less convinced. Even if Barb was removed from the house I doubt their relatives will happily welcome Chris back in, and he would have to hustle up quite a bit of donations on a monthly basis to pay for the cost of living there, given that I imagine Barb's SSI contributed to their ability to stay there.

And if Barb is still at the house, I would think Chris would not be allowed near her. If they are both considered owners of the home but are not allowed to cohabitate, what happens then isn't clear to me.
