What Video caused you to stop watching a Youtuber?

  • 🔧 Actively working on site again.
Coffeezilla when he started the roleplay faggotry. and The Drip when he left. I like Amish, but The Drip was a collaborative show and not The Amish Show.

I heard about the Bible Reloaded trooning a while after I stopped watching them, glad I avoided the secondhand embarassment. No idea why I stopped watching them to begin with.

Someordinarygamers is one I think about a lot because his videos were kind of fun (I'm thinking like 5+ years ago), but he kept going "ahah, dude" or something and it was too much for me.

Smosh is just un enjoyable with all the woke jokes. I just watched a video from last year they did called Anima in real life this is the first video I seen form them in two years and I instancely regretted it.

Seriously the best joke they could get for my hero Academia is a white privilege joke. Fuck them.

Not quite at the stopped watching stage yet only because he posts very sporadically, but he's a hair away: Jay Exci. Media analysis guy who I first realised had trooned out when he started wearing ripped skinny jeans and made an offhand joke about taking estrogen. I thought ok, this is fine, I watch several other trans Youtubers who rarely bring it up at all and still make good stuff. But looking at his Twitter, it has recently devolved into 4 main topics: AGP coomer selfies with creepy captions, trans politics, telling trolls to suck his dick (as women are known to do), and just saying latest Star Wars series is shit and he can't see how anyone could like it without providing any reasons why, then obsessively milking the inevitable backlash for attention.
Holy shit. I had completely forgotten about this guy! Because once I saw the ripped skinny jeans (and the way he was showing off his body in them, and clearly getting off on it - framing the shot in that way is no accident) with the painted nails I just knew. And at that moment I immediately hit the unsubscribe button and never thought about this bloke again.

Glad to have my female intuition validated, though: It always starts with the painted nails. And I know this from witnessing people I know IRL who've trooned out. Why it's always the nails? Well, my theory is that it's the easiest "first step" in the trooning out process. Testing the waters, if you will. Most people will look the other way if they see a man with painted nails, especially if he's an artist or musician or under 30. Oh, he's just being quirky and unique. But inside these dudes are feeling those first dopamine hits and loving it.

I had never seen the Twitter coomer selfies but I'm not surprised by them in the least. Horrified, yes. And the captions make them so much worse. Again, only thing I feel good about here is my "female intuition" being correct. We can always sniff them out. I think we need to keep an eye on this guy, for sure. Seems like he may be potentially more toxic than some of the other YT troons out there rn.

I only enjoyed Mutahar when he does creepypastas or Linux videos and I wished he did these more often. Sadly, he rarely does that and focuses more on clout chasing and other series of bullshit virtue signaling.

I sincerely had no idea they were still making videos at all.

They do but aren't as good as they used to be. Hence why I dropped out. But after the one video from last year made me realize how cringe they really become.

I was already falling off of Elvis the Alien videos because of a few things but the Harry Potter one....
Figured id attempt to watch it and switched off the moment he said trans women are women. It's only a short segment and he could have made a good video had he just left it out but, you can feel the virtue signalling through the screen, so cringey.

I gave up on Elvis when he started doing bad movie reviews that were just "and then this happened in the movie/cut back to him point out lol that's stupid/force self to laugh and shrink mouth at the same time/and then this happened." He absorbed too much of that Kurtis Connor dismissive faggot energy and it's all low effort. I don't know where he's located but he's sucked up all the left coast soy energy he could.

She's a crazy Disney person with a tranny sibling but Jenny Nicholson is more engaging telling you the movie story and interjecting with plot holes and she doesn't even use movie clips.

This example’s not from a video, but from Twitter. I used to love watching TheRunawayGuys starting with New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and mostly chuggaaconroy’s videos. However, ever since TRG and their associates sold out to the BLM riots in 2020 on Twitter despite most being apolitical before that, I stopped watching them cold turkey.

thas was strange, even more when it was about the movies, no relation to it and he even cut most of the rant
I didn't care enough to even drop the man, for me it is just white noise while I do other shit. Even more when I just watched two harry potter movies back in 2002 and never watched the rest lol

My GF watches a ton of Markiplier, and initially I just kinda rolled with it and didn't mind him.

After listening to his podcast (via her) I'm really put off by him.
I don't have the time or energy to listen to Markiplier shill his severely unfunny friends for hours at a time, what does he say or do that put you off of him?

Oh god, he made another one.

Call me autistic for this if you want, but it amused me that the guy I stopped watching months ago for this bullshit is still doubling down on it (He must of only come up on my feed because I follow other Haydurs in the algorithm?).

Zachary Michael, a Haydurnation YT commentator who has made a career out of reacting to fat girl videos on Youtube really, really wants us to understand his gender insanity for some reason.

And, of course, it's more word salad/contradictory nonsense that makes NO fucking sense and has shit to do with his channel:

TL;DR he rambles for nearly twenty minutes about how he identifies as a "gay" person that doesn't fit into defined gender roles (a.k.a. "the binary"), and I'm like, ok at least he isn't being overly preachy about it. But then he goes on to say that the term "queer" might be considered "offensive" by some (I'm guessing the Gen Z-ers, Tumblerites, and outrage mob?) so he doesn't feel comfortable using it to describe himself.

But! Then he goes on to refer to himself as "queer" and uses the term over and over throughout the rest of the video! It's like, just call yourself "queer" then, Zach! You are already doing it, and it seems to make more sense in describing your identity than just calling yourself some gender blob who likes to suck dick (but sometimes non-binary dick? And sometimes women? Now THAT I don't buy for a second!).

Anyway, it's all attention-seeking bullshit and creators need to stop with this nonsense.

I just unsubscribed from the channel bobsheaux hosted by Rob Thomas. Ironically it wasn't him or his videos that made me quit it's the actions of his "girl friend " raven fox audio. Seriously I kinda wish we had enough on them to make threads on them, her especially I could start another twitter autism thread with ravens tweets alone.

Look her up and see what I mean.

Actually from what I've heard it's the older gays who get offended by the word queer (probably the ones old enough to remember Stonewall) and the younger ones are the ones trying to "reclaim" the word.

Not that I really watched them for long any way, but MermaidGrove and his videos where he would cover various restaurants and establishments that were featured on Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell were interesting enough. He would give a brief run-down of the episodes, discuss the owners and staff, and trawl through social media posts, reviews, local news, and other sources to paint a clearer picture of the individuals and businesses behind the scenes, and explain how they either wound up going out of business or making a big comeback after their visits from Gordon Ramsay.

In a recent video going over Nino - an eccentric business owner from an earlier season of the show - MG began to delve into Nino's brother, a marketing specialist who also played a big role in their restaurant's operation. It was about the time that he stopped to make a quick jab at the fact that said brother was a Trump supporter that I clicked out and dropped the channel. Not even a particularly egregious joke or comment, but I just know at this point that a YouTuber bringing up "Orange Man Bad" in any way in a random YouTube video is usually a good indicator that I should probably find something else to watch.

I haven't watched Bobsheaux in a few years, but I used to enjoy his reviews for the kind of cheesy "low-budget movie riffing show you'd find on local TV at 1AM" vibes he gave me, like Svengoolie or something. I only remember his girlfriend popping in for maybe second-long jokes here and there when I did watch his stuff. I'm a little worried about what I might find if I look into the lady. It can't be that bad...right?

You've piqued my interest because I'm somewhat familiar with that channel. I remember finding "bobsheaux" to be almost-somewhat-kinda wholesome but was always put off by the gf in the mask, whenever she'd show up. Their dynamic just seems weird, too. Will investigate!

So-so horror group that’s good for falling asleep to. Immediately unsubscribed when the two hosts starting using Latinx to describe a character.

Why is it always pasty white liberal faggots pushing this shit? Actual Latino people (at least the ones I’ve asked) fucking hate being called Latinx and think it’s the most retarded shit
