At a certain point you have to ask why is his parents or tard wrangler are still allowing him free and open access to the internet knowing that it will just end in shit like this over and over again.

There is certainly a higher proportion of wrong uns amongst their ranks, no doubt in my mind at all - but I think you can tell when watching them what sort they are.

The calm and professional ones are good, even some of those who get heated up but don't do it to put on a show - the comedy is always from the nonce freaking out anyway, when you have some spastic chav with a catchphrase making unfunny jokes it doesn't add to anything...

Well except that time they got the guy to turn up dressed as a clown.

After 30-odd years with him his parents probably just want some peace, leaving him on the internet all day keeps him quiet and stops him from shitting up the rest of their house. He's pestered them into giving him money for consoles in the past and they've caved even though they don't have a lot of money themselves, cutting him off from the internet would cause a massive temper tantrum that they're not prepared to deal with. They'll never be able to get rid of him, he doesn't have the life skills to live independently (money management, cleaning up after himself) but he's not disabled enough for a government funded spot in a tard group home.

I don't have a good explanation for his wrangler not caring, if they don't by now they won't until he commits a crime and they have to explain why nothing was done about him sooner.

According to this article, he murdered his three year old daughter. Mad Shangi on twitter alleges that he is Rogue's brother, but I can't personally confirm that, and as I said - the people in Rogue's new KF thread haven't been particularly helpful so far.

Might want to retract Graeme's families dog license considering how his alcoholic dad treats them. For newcomers to the thread, Graeme's dad regularly kicks dogs according to Graeme, especially when he's drunk. He let a dog die in the hallway in pain cause he's too tight to pay for the vet. Graeme plays it down by saying they let their dogs die "naturally". He also had someone shoot their old dogs before which while not as bad as letting them die "naturally" is still extremely fucked up.

It's what Graeme made it sound like. And then there's his young nephew recorded handling a rabbit, which are delicate, really rough while all the adults just sit back and watch instead of intervening. You can tell no one in his family gives a shit about how to treat animals humanely. Like the concept is just completely foreign for them. I can't even excuse Graeme as being too retarded to know that this shit isn't normal because he's not that retarded.
