You actually can't do that. All you can do is roll on the wrestling table and see what result you get. However, I rolled again and you got 16 - choking. The foe fails to roll 18 on a 3d6. Due to your high health you automatically crush your opponent's windpipe. A windpipe crush cannot be undone, and it causes the opponent to continue to lose health at a completely unspecified rate until they die.

When something too large gets shoved up your ass or vagina, you make a Health roll. If you fail, you die right on the spot without any other saves allowed. If you fail, you continue to evaluate what happened, check for orifice tearing, etc.

Are you sure you're not getting your bandits mixed up? As far as I understand it:

Sybil and Gregek (me) were holding down the same bandit. According to the rolls, I crushed his windpipe, and then Sybil fisted him to death.

Stienmarr and Glaukon were holding down the other bandit, and as far as I know only crippled her(?) leg, and got her helmet knocked off from a suplex.

Unless I am misunderstanding something.

Either way will I just continue to pin down whichever bandit isn't dead yet

Alright, whoever's raping the last bandit, you tear through his asshole and into his ballsack, which really fucks him up, but he doesn't die. He'll be dead soon from suffocation though. I think that performing a tracheotomy is possible in this case, but I'm pretty sure that medieval people didn't know about those.

Gregek will attempt to help the suffocating bandit by stabbing him repeatedly in the throat with his hunting knife.
 
Glaukon will turn to looting the other bandits Sybil isn't looting..
 
Stienmar will look around the cave for any loot to build his first temple with.
