Give it a try, it's a guilty pleasure of mine that tickles my autism the right way. The main character is insufferable, but the world, plot s and other characters make up for it.

Reminds me of a pair of shoes I had to wear with a suit. They looked like loafers on the outside, but felt like sneakers inside. They were Calvin Kleins and I've never seen them again. Being in a suit all day is a pain in the ass and having uncomfortable shoes makes it even worse.
