It's truly incredible how many games are available on game sharing services now and Phil still brings up buying games. If it was such a hassle he should just play the ones on Gamepass, etc

But if Phil only played what was on these services, he'd never get his day one views therefore, he will always have to buy games dood.

I think a big part of it is that he just can't (whether by stupidity or laziness) see any form of bigger picture. All he sees is a way to waste streams picking out games to play once and then forget about and in the case of Playstation, he'd still need to buy new releases day one. His "strategy" from when he first started has hardly changed, play the newest games and people will whale. Only now he's 10 steps behind everyone else since he'll never go out of his way to get an early copy.

So dumb question, DSP knows that his precious Street Fighter 2 Turbo isn't in the collection coming out and he's going to have to crawl back to the 30th anniversary collection right?

He knows. It's the version that he had actually won 2 evo east tournaments at. I think what he's bound to not realise is that he's the only person excited for yet another version of SF2 and almost all the excitement is for the darkstalkers games, cyberbots and red earth. Hell most people mentioning sf2 are at best apathetic about it.

His ability to retcon bullshit he says is ridiculous and I wasn’t surprised that he decided to drag it through the mud despite playing it consistently for 3-4 years. Those Friday night fights are exclusively for stroking his own ego. I am not aware of Phil’s record on the long term when it came to his SF nights but I believe he wouldn’t change it even if he made 3-4 bucks from that game every Friday.

If Phil could only stream games that’ll bring him joy, it’ll be gatcha and Super Turbo with a lobby full of literal retards he can gate keep.

It has occured to me finally that DSP sure loves to shit on the lifestyle of the working class people. Waking up at any hour before 12 noon is irrational or unreasonable to him, grocery store lay outs or how other businesses work are all wrong and inconvenience him where he feels insulted. But hey as long your few dent heads that work a 9 to 5 and give you hundreds daily and the rest that collect wheel chair bucks pitch in.

I'm a big fan of the time he demonstrated the "input lag" in Elden Ring on stream by showing his controller as he pressed the button. "SEE?! SEE?! IT LAGS". Even his own chat was pointing out that he had just shown that there was absolutely no input lag, and he was simply causing delays by mashing buttons.
