Makes me wonder that if Byuu is truly dead, then Hector is using a dead man (his FRIEND mind you) as martyr for his own sick kicks.I know he's pretty much in on this, but if Hector truly was Byuu's friend, wouldn't he be ecstatic to hear that maybe Byuu didn't 41% himself? If I heard that my friend died from across the sea and got told that maybe he's not actually dead, at least I wouldn't perpetuate that he is dead and anyone who says otherwise is just coping. And at most I'd hold onto hope that someday I'd get to speak with them again. Hector choses to do the former for reasons I'm not sure other than taking down the fruit farms in "vengeance."
"The consensus says it's true, and the purpose of wikipedia is to maintain that consensus. It doesn't matter whether it's factually true or false." - a wikipedia JannieWhich one of you is that IP address? Funny, but stop tipping. Also Bilorv doubling down on the consensus logic by saying "if wikipedia existed at the time when people believed the Earth was flat, we would have said that as fact."

Edit: They just fucking closed it

the flat earth is not a good analogy. at the time everyone thought it to be the case. it was hard to find evidence. practical evidence of spherical earth requires understanding of what's going on.How?
That "flat earth" analogy is pretty good, I'll use that myself. "If Wikipedia existed in 1491, they would have insisted the earth was flat." And they're fucking proud of it.
For years, Wikipedia insisted there was a Hindu pope, and banned Hindus who objected. Wikipedia is a joke.
I will never forget the first time a professor told me “Never cite Wikipedia on a research paper.”A regular chimed in and the most recent reply says "fuck facts if it goes against consensus"

I want this quote to be mounted on a wall and to be used whenever Wikipedia is ever brought up anywhere in any discussion."The consensus says it's true, and the purpose of wikipedia is to maintain that consensus. It doesn't matter whether it's factually true or false." - a wikipedia Jannie
fitting
>Very Average RedditorWell, either that or you could, like, close your browser, take a break from Twitter, go outside, meet some new people, possibly touch a little grass, and get a bit of perspective on things. Literally wanting to eradicate people because you disagree with their stance on something, or despise the actions they take within a completely legal and democratic framework, is a little concerning.
I get it, some people get mad at what they see and read on the internet. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose. But when it escalates into posting retarded shit like that, whether semi-ironic or not, it's definitely time to reevaluate how you're spending your time.
Best of luck, my friend.
True from the start, Hector's behaviour doesn't match the situation he claims to be in.I know he's pretty much in on this, but if Hector truly was Byuu's friend, wouldn't he be ecstatic to hear that maybe Byuu didn't 41% himself? If I heard that my friend died from across the sea and got told that maybe he's not actually dead, at least I wouldn't perpetuate that he is dead and anyone who says otherwise is just coping. My favorite story was the Scots Language Wikipedia fiasco, where one random teenage kid wrote over 23,000 articles, in "Scottish", without actually knowing a thing about the language. Apparently this caused issues when unsuspecting people went to check the Scots Wikipedia, read through the articles, and came to the erroneous conclusion that Scots was just English with a few different words. That "flat earth" analogy is pretty good, I'll use that myself. "If Wikipedia existed in 1491, they would have insisted the earth was flat." And they're fucking proud of it.

you could get around it by citing the sources wikipedia uses in their source section. don't be a retard and put wikipedia in the sources cited section of your paper.I remember a prof long ago who started out the class by basically just saying if you cite wikipedia you automatically flunk. I thought that was a bit out of line at the time but now I fully agree.

He doesn't renew it to lay low, but gets busted for overstaying his visa. Seeing him get deported very much alive to the USA is something I want to see. If just to give Null an easier time in suing him into oblivion.doesn't byuu have to eventually reveal himself. likely to renew his passport.
