Contact with feces is fucking revolting but even if this ... person was to wash very well, all it takes is a very little something under a fingernail and touching a door handle to spread hepatitis-b.

I wouldn't call this a scenario for an epidemic but it's damn close considering how boxed in people are in dorms. You have to get a meningitis vaccine in most states before living on a campus for a reason.

Would that mean those gifs alone could get him in serious trouble? There would be possibility of him doing this within the college, and while I hate weening, this is serious.

It's a major health liability. If the college heard this was going on and didn't act on it, and the state found out, it would probably do something drastic like shut down the entire floor or even the building. This isn't a messy roommate, this is someone literally >wallowing in their own shit<. This is a reason why stuff like plagues start.

Which makes me wonder if any of these photos (WHICH I WILL NOT LOOK AT) were taken at the college. How could someone NOT know by now?

If they weren't, there's less for the college to act on but they would likely make some sort of reprimand or even refunding tuition and canceling his schooling.

@anephric hit the nail right on the head, that's the point I'm getting at. Hep-B is just one of many diseases or illnesses that can be spread from contact with human feces. Colleges and universities often have problems with waves of lesser illnesses due to living conditions and proximities, and for things like the aforementioned meningitis disease you have to get mandatory vaccinations in order to attend or live on campus. Schools and universities take health matters extremely seriously because it can be a major liability for them.

Puns aside, this is serious shit and it's why I feel like "weening" in this case is an exception -- it's a public service. Fuck the tranny in the OP, I'm more concerned with the people who have to be in his proximity who can get sick if he doesn't wash his hands or clean up properly. Imagine if you touched a doorknob that he just touched moments ago, or you sat down at the lab computer that he was just using, or you used literally anything on campus intended for public consumption that his shithandling fingers just touched. This shit's gross, and they don't deserve that.

To be fair even if he's not doing his fucked up sex shit (shit sex?) at school just word getting out that he does it at all anywhere is probably going to cause some unrest. I hope the nurse has a good stock of rubber gloves to go around.
