Wheelchair. You can tell because in playthroughs where he really dragged it out, he sometimes runs out of the premade thumbnails, so you see a transition from the thumbnails to random images featuring his pasty ass in the corner of the screen.

Giving Dave too much credit there bud. The thumbnails are still being made by some dent and he has to send Dave the thumbnails in batches. Dave is so lazy that the denthead can't just send him the template for the thumbnails so that Dave can put the numbers in himself. The dent has put in the numbers that and then send the finished thumbnails in batches.
