Ralph is lying about being "kept" from his son. This is despite the fact he has publicly acknowledged that a visitation regime was proposed to him by Faith, but that in return he would have to pay the child support that he owed.

Ralph refused, because he doesn't want to pay the money - despite it being reasonable under California law - and because he wanted a more active visitation schedule. Although, given he lives thousands of miles away this is incredibly unrealistic.

Since then he has yet to carry out the necessary actions to expedite seeing his son. Just as he dragged his feet on a paternity test.

I'm being kept from muh son, who I said I would reroll, who I said I wouldn't pay a dime for, that I would never pay for a paternity test and that it was too expensive for the visitation on offer.

Ultimately, Ralph has shown he can't even put aside his petty personal grudges for access to his children...

If Ralph is responding to Vickers then he is absolutely lying here.

Ralph himself has said he wouldn't pay up, both in the past and more recently, and if they cannot come to an agreement outside of court Ralph would need to show his income. Yet he hasn't filed yet - huh, he must love that kid so much he would do anything for him anything that he can spin as a win.

I'm sure Faith, as a single mother, would really hate for Xander to be visited a handful of times a year by you, in turn for fat stacks of cash money.
