Sotomayor screeches about how this violates the establishment clause. If you're not retarded you'll see that you're not allowed to pick and choose what religions get money.
In my 2 seconds of Googling, I can see and understand how that doesn't violate the establishment clause, because the government isn't favoring one type of religious school over the other. They're saying that can all equally be provided with this education tuition assistance, just an any nonreligious private school can.
I already know the answer, but has Sotomayor ever published an opinion that wasn't literally retarded?

No.
This is because they broke tradition and picked a partisan. In the past, even reliable liberal justices had a consistent judicial philosophy and were picked because the philosophy would bring more liberal decisions. Sotomayor votes politically then tries to finangle logic to fit her decision.
I suspect Jackson will be the same.

I am

People were objectively better when they had spirituality in their life.
probably see a lot less school shootings too.

The stupid was easier to contain back then due to communication being hard to access and expensive. We’d still have current year problems just with extra Jesus!!!™️ plastered onto it. People weren’t objectively better, it was just that much harder to send a wave crashing down on someone with actual brain cells trying to take charge of things due to lack of easy comms. You could also bury an idiot in the corner of an “institution“ or some such without anyone finding out.

If we had the same level of spirituality now as we did back then, you’d be complaining about how The Inquisition needs to inquire itself for once because of all the retarded bullshit that would be visible thanks to the Internet.

Were they wrong? Have you seen how many faggots won't stop relating everything to Harry Potter? Have you never seen childless adult teletubbie fans?

Just because some grifters took advantage, do we have to throw the baby out with the bathwater?

Remember the creepy childless people with doll collections? Those people predate the internet. Humanity has issues, those issues won’t be solved with some hard backtracking to religion, they will be solved by dipshits finally adhering to the core tenet of our nation’s #1 rule: Mind your own goddamn business, tend to your own issues first, and stop trying to put your hand in someone else’s cookie jar.

A lot of issues in society wouldn’t exist if people simply lived by that alone.

That's when you run into the supplier's problem.

It used to cost like 50 cents to buy and transport the bread. Now rising gas prices, vehicle laws, rising wages, and the rising price of bread pushed it to $1.50. Then $2.50. Then $3.50.

So then the administration goes after the shippers (except for the ones their friends own).

Once they stop hauling, they blame the farmers/ranchers.

Except riding fuel, fertilizer, seed, and costs of living make it so they had to charge more.

So the Administration goes after them.

Then blames the inflation across the board on the consumers being lazy and entitled.
Trust the boomer on this one - this was literally the tactic Jimmy Carter used. Biden is Jimmy Carter on crack.

Unfortunately this is what got us into this situation. Your enemies won't play by these rules. This kind of passive, occasionally reactive, posture has doomed conservatism in this country.
>They're saving it all for Thursday

Mark your calenders. We have a shitshow coming.
They also have next Monday.

R/christianity (prog christians and atheists) is coping and seething over it. Apparently christofascists won because they aren’t being discriminated against anymore.

I'm pretty sure that subreddit and other conservative based topic subreddits are mostly made up of lefties now of days.
Matthew 25:40-45

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

“They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you? “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

Lots of people advised Hussein not to nominate Sotomayor because she is intellectually mediocre and incapable of forming arguments that aren't filled with demagoguery and appeals to emotion. These people wanted him to nominate Elena Kagan

Which he eventually did for the next open seat, while I disagree with Kagan on many things she is a first class lawyer with a first class intellect. She can formulate arguments based on reason and evidence with the best of them. Sotomayor cannot.

It should have been Kagan then someone not Sotomayor, instead of Sotomayor then Kagan for Hussein's two Supreme Court openings
