He posted court transcripts where the Judge, Crown, and Private Attorney talk about him being in lock up for over a month, so we know he's been in there. I wonder if it's because of his "injury" he gets special treatment and they give him "mentally disabled" preference. I could see them sealing records for that. It's Canada. Their justice system is even more fucked than the United States and that shouldn't be possible.

Depends. As @Sneedlerino pointed out, it's kind of arbitrary and entirely up to the Crown. Could be sealed because he's nuts, could be to protect his victims as he's clearly had a 'fan base' for a while online, could be because some of it is sexual in nature, and finally depending on how long ago his offenses date back, if he was under 18 when committed.

I don't think the fan base would come into play, not with him specifically. It wasn't really brought up in the transcripts as being something to point out.

He does have sexual offenses, yeah. But he's not the victim. The Crown could redact the names to protect the victims, while keeping the records public. You'd think it would be in the publics interest to know if a fucking rapist moves in next to them.

He was over 18 when he committed most of his offenses, besides a simple assault he got collared for (it's briefly brought up in the transcripts). He's been found to be in violation of his peace order half a dozen times. He got clipped for some kind of sexual assault offense. He continues to violate his Peace Order.

Canada is just really fucking cucked. Especially Ontario/Toronto. That kind of shit wouldn't fly in Alberta or British Columbia. Nigga's still have guns there. They'd just dump him in a shallow ditch and let the wildlife pick him clean. It'd be like he never existed at all.

But I get what you're saying. The Crown has a lot of latitude with records and what they choose to show. It's really capricious in nature.

He split with Alex's Mom awhile ago. He's still alive and he still talks to Alex. He's part of his "support system" according to the court transcripts. So if he can't live with his mother anymore, he can live with his Dad, but it seems to me that he doesn't want that. Probably because his Dad lives further away from where Katherine lives.

Somehow I'm not shocked. Like father, like son. It's like sexual assault is a family trade. Alex is clearly a mommies boy though. I think it's because he can manipulate her easier and she's the "cash cow". People aren't people to him. They're tools to get him what he wants. Like a true ASPD sociopath.

Dude, out in the west he wouldn't stand a chance. People get shot and stabbed for much, much less... especially in Alberta. BC is no cakewalk either though. Christ, just calling a native guy forest nigger would probably get the boots put to you pretty hard. Alberta is a pretty big place with a lot of desolate prairies. Can't blame the RCMP for being able to find all the missing persons. Hell, you can't even blame them for not wanting to look all that hard for some of the people that go missing. If someone really wanted to make sure he never got found, they'd take him up to Yellowknife, put a few in him, and just leave. No one will ever find a body in the NWT. It'd be decades. And let's be real, no one is going to look real hard for a guy like Alex. One day he'd be there, the next he'd be gone.

I doubt Alex would last long in places like Edmonton. It's like night and day between Alberta and Ontario. He'd have had the other side of his head beaten in if he was from the United States. The cops would do it for him and they'd leave him in a holding cell until he went in cardiac arrest.

I'm pretty sure. He's calculated. Not that insane people can't be calculated, but Alex is 100% responsible for his actions and he knows they're wrong when he does them.
