One thing that strikes me about Tony is how… controlled he always is.
Every time he makes a hand gesture, it's wrong. It's as if they're disconnected from him. It's hard to explain. Keeping your motions controlled and dainty as well as fitting in the phone frame while you're animated about a subject is hard. Women can make exaggerated and forceful hand movements, but their bodies keep them as such. He would have to work on basically being a news caster, maybe doing 2-3 takes to get it down better. Not perfect, but better.
Tony is already taking supplemental testosterone because he cannot now produce it himself. Even if Tony detransitions, he will likely have to take both testosterone and estrogen for the rest of his life because adult males need some small amount of estrogen, produced in the testes.
It is a good question - if you detransition or if you have a legitimate hormone problem after all of this, is that covered? I wouldn't be surprised if you couldn't get estrogen as a trans woman anymore and insurance would only cover testosterone.
I wonder how dark things get in the moments he lets his mask slip and he fully becomes Tony again, even if it only happens in private.
