Yes, I went into a later post of autistic speculation of how it happened. They happened on the same day fairly far apart and it looks like Bella got caught speeding, ticketed, and then kept speeding and got ticketed again same day. Pure genius.

My theory is she got caught speeding, and got frustrated by the delay, and being a completely impulsive freak, sped up even more.

Here's the post with the map of the route she was on, although we don't have the exact times so we don't know the direction. Or at least I don't.

When he was living in Maplelawn (MD) he was all over the local news. State advisory board stuff, there was the opening of a tech park, he was on local TV all the time. If I remember right, he had stuff going on in Annapolis, Fulton, and Port Convington.

At Dragos he was a Board Member.

Different counties, different judges, different courthouses, different citation numbers, same statute violated but different speed. So if I'm right about that, two separate judges have bench warrants out on the bitch.

This seems so weirdly unlikely that I didn't want to conclude that earlier, but these two cases have nothing in common but the defendant and the date.

Here are the two counties involved, Santa Rosa and Guadalupe. If we knew when both tickets occurred, we'd know what direction she was going in, and whether she was leaving New Mexico at great speed or coming back that way.

Incidentally, Guadelupe borders Texas.

Anyway my theory is she was either leaving New Mexico to go to Lubbock, or the other way around, and for some reason, it was in a real hurry, because speeding doesn't seem to have been an issue for her in the past, at least in New Mexico and, so far as I can tell, Texas.

Would be going from NM to Texas in my opinion. Currently Texas DPS (State police) are too busy being deployed down into the border because the federal goverment aren't doing their jobs, so unlikely to be caught unless they were crossing into the state (because much easier to ticket some transiting fuck than a local) or got unlucky and got janked by a local county/city cop.

IIRC when I looked into this when it was originally posted, she received the second ticket in Roosevelt county and the ticket in Guadalupe county first at an earlier time. It seemed she was heading from home to lubbock.

I've never known local cops to be even slightly intimidated by 'children' of feds, even if those children think that they have that power. Arresting the kid of a law enforcement officer might be avoided if possible, but that's a matter of professional courtesy (strongest in the NE) and not intimidation. Not for a second do I think that someone threatening to have the "fbi kick down your door" would end up anywhere but in the back of a squad car if there was cause to arrest.

Depends on whether you're given a notice to appear. If you blow off a notice to appear, and don't pay, it's an arrest warrant. If you don't want to appear, you can just pay the ticket if it's a ticket with something you can sign on the back to waive your right to a trial.

For some extreme traffic offenses, you can be sent to jail, and then you don't get to just pay a fine and send in the ticket.

It's possible the cunt got lippy with the cop and he decided to be more of a hardass than usual. More likely though she got a ticket with a notice to appear and could have avoided this simply by paying it.
