Fishiness of whether Byuu and David Kirk Ginder are indeed the same person aside, I had access through a friend to truthfinder so I had them run a search on Ginder.

It looks like David Kirk Ginder bought the house they were previously living at, 5608 Maple Dell Ct Hilliard OH, in January of this year despite being dead. The questionable part is that he then sold it 22 days later.

Maybe this is inaccurate and it was just sold at that time or maybe he bought it out from his husband and then sold it to the new owners? I blocked out the new owners' names since the poor bastards are unrelated to all this.

There was a 10-month gap in 2008. And like you said, Japan had its borders closed to tourists throughout 2021, so you'd expect a drop in deaths of US citizens during that time.

I don't know where that site is getting its info, but it's way off. A search of deeds in Franklin County, Ohio shows that Byuu and his husband sold the house in 2018. The couple who bought it sold it to a "we buy houses" type of company in November 2021. That company sold the house to the current owners in February of this year.
