Inactive Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger - (Thread 3: JUDGEMENT DAY)

Because posting a thread were you can vote on how just much complete and utter agony you want Nick to die in is really going to sort out the A-Logging problem going on in this thread..

Personally I think FFS has already done an excellent job deleting the most offensive posts and posting a stern warning. Ultimately when Nick is sentenced this thread will die within the next month or so anyway, there's literally nothing to discuss when he goes down so in my completely unbiased opinion I think here is fine for now.

I'd expect Nick to be convicted and sentenced by the end of this week, he loses all relevancy when he's behind bars anyway.

The major problem is basically that with Nick in jail, with no ability to generate new content, A-logging and asking questions that were answered ten thousand times already was basically all there was to do. This is a textbook study in what happens when a popular lolcow that people had a lot of investment in following drops off the radar, really.

I agree completely but in my eyes it's the wrong answer to the problem to just ban all mention of Nick Bate on the forums. Some people have followed him on here for years and to just lock any thread about him right when he's finally getting his comeuppance isn't the right answer in my opinion. Asking the same old questions and posting in freakish detail about how much pain and suffering you want Nick to receive isn't a reflection on the discussion of him being a problem, it's a reflection on the individual posters being the problem.

With Marvin and a few others attending tomorrow however we're going to get some seriously decent information and hopefully this thread (or whatever thread we use) will be a better place for it.

Where are you based? Every time I have tried to go to one of the court links in this thread or from the 2nd thread I have had to use a proxy or get screen caps.

I'm in the GTA. Not sure if it's because I have a bunch of trackers disabled, so it might just not be reporting my locale to the server.

I don't follow how 1 judge can hear 7 trials. It's a Las Vegas wedding chapel if that's the case, in and out. If I look at a trial docket here it is x number of days, and before 1 judge. I assumed as Nick's case is serious, it would be just that one case the judge was hearing.

He doesn't. When the cases are called, there's always at least something to do, though, even if it's just confirming the result and continuing bail and granting a continuance, taking a plea, or whatever. The vast majority of cases end up that way. So it's to make it as likely as possible that there's actually something to fill the eight hours available for trial.

Just looking at the first two, one is a DUI, the second is some dude with a gun who shouldn't have had one plus forfeited his bail a week ago. Since neither are updated I'm not sure which, but it's very likely all those other cases are routine stuff that isn't going to take long and Nick's is the only real trial of the bunch.

So if they did Nick most of the day, most of the other stuff would be routine stuff like pleas and continuances and otherwise scheduling for future stuff.

Ok, thanks for that man. Any thought on the designation after his name? Ever come across it? Have something to do with procedure? I mean it could be anything to me, such as a warning code, Likes Chewing Poop.

But I assume it is something to do with trial, venue etc.?
EDIT-It is listed in location as well. Lancaster County Prison? Does that mean Nick is appearing by video hookup?

Hasn't that been the case more or less since Nick was arrested and the original "Nick Bate?" thread was locked?

The guy was arrested, his Internet activities ceased, and generally life was over. He was in custody then and probably will be for years to come.

Is anyone actually certain that his case will be proceeding tomorrow?

Honestly he prolly would respond considering his need to talk about things
I wasn't joking &/or baiting. If someone really wants to do it, it might be interesting to see what Nick has to say so don't hoard cocks.. Though, the drawback to it is Nick will know where you live.

Nick, prior to his arrest, got anxiety going outside of his apartment. If he knows where you live, he's going to shit his pants and do nothing with it when he gets out. He's almost certainly not going to do anything that would run him the risk of going back inside.

No, the problem is him sending you hundreds of letters in the mail because he's fucking crazy and has no social interaction outside of a cursory visit from Joyce and B-mum. Look at how long he stalked Anna.

This is true, especially if you're a girl sending him letters then he may very well indeed latch onto you and make you Anna 2.0, unless he's still maintaining the fantasy of marrying Anna one day despite being locked up for (hopefully) many years to come.
