It's 12 in Pennsylvania so I'd imagine we won't hear much until the late afternoon from Marvin when he's left the court, I can't see them being finished before then.

Patience, noble Kiwis. Trials take a while. And once they've started, you're usually not allowed to leave until the judge recesses for the day. So our intrepid court reporters won't be able to post an update until they get out of court and someplace where they can write a proper update. It'll most likely be late in the day before we hear anything, like AnOmimous said could happen.

Worse than that, he might show up at your house after he's served his sentence and expect you to take him in. Even Nick probably doesn't fancy being homeless, and the number of people who might be expected to house him is quite short. Anything could happen to make members of the latter group unable, unwilling, or dead.

Nick's bail was set to half a million dollars from $150,000. Which is interesting because I thought it was originally $300,000. Either way, bail is set based on whether or not you're a flight risk. If you're facing a realistic prospect of hard time, you're probably going to end up fleeing. Could it be the trial is not going well for Nick?
