Does that work with other sites like Intelius? It doesn't (incorrectly) list him as deceased.
Basically, a lot of these sites allow you to "opt out" of reporting as well as manually update living status. A shitty news article is all it would take to report him as dead and seeing as how Byuu is tech savvy, it would take no effort to report himself as dead.
Sites that require official documents will not update a death listing. No obituary or death certificate, no update on death.

The only question i have is why he would say stuff like that if he knew byuu wasn't dead?
Panic. The existence of a public register of deaths was not in the hoax plan. When Hector was surprised with it, he stupidly tried to bluff it away. He tried to discredit the Farms, tried emotional blackmail to get people to believe him, and introduced new "facts" to make the story more believable.

He only started shutting down conversation about the "suicide" after this trip-up. He may have realised that shooting off his mouth was getting him in trouble.

The "wish I hadn't had to" tweet, claiming an attempt to prevent the suicide, outright contradicts the previous story. It's the blabbering of a bad liar who's just lost control and is trying to improvise.

This theory can possibly be supported by what I managed to screencap last year of Hector's response to someone (unless, you know, he's just bullshitting people here, which is certainly not outside the realms of possibilities) that he then suddenly deleted and blocked the person he replied to (who is a KF user here). I was sure it was in the matter of minutes while I was looking at his Twitter back then. I screenshotted it, forgot about it, and then later, bam, it was gone. I probably should have just archived it then and there, but oh well.

I was checking on Martin's twitter for a quick second and I managed to screencap this before it suddenly disappeared.

Couldn't grab the original link, but I believe it was in response to this:

Good example. Hector tweets before thinking, and sometimes writes things that are provably not true.

I'm guessing this is how you actually died, playing SNES in an airtight room.
On June 27th, 2022, exactly one year after his alleged suicide, notorious faggot Byuu was found in a secret compartment previously undiscovered within his illegally modified and reverse-engineered apartment. His body was perfectly preserved in it because that may or may not be how science works and he notably had a sustained erection. It is speculated by the current apartment owner that David had "prob'ly David-Carradined that shit-datebayo".

If I were Hector, I'd throw Byuu under the bus and take Josh's hint to feign victimhood under Byuu's trickery, in order to avoid also being sued for defamation damages.

I said that last week, but I'll reiterate.

Hector, this all goes away if you drop the dime on Ginder.

You'd think you'd be happy to know that your e-faggot wasn't dead. He seems very angry. I can see being angry at getting just a prank'd by some slant eyed japs into looking like a retard on twitter, but like your friend being alive would probably override the humiliation, you know?

"You have all this proof (that I specifically said wait for, because it's proof) that he's alive??? UGH I'M SOOOOOO MAD AT EVERYTHING"
