I hate these retards that think they need to "use their platform to push for positive political change", when 99% of their audience doesn't even give a shit. And it's always American, or America-adjacent political issues. Women's rights in Middle-Eastern countries? Human rights in China? Nah, it's always about American issues, like being allowed to kill your baby, or put your underage child on HRT.

I also understand he was worried that his stuff could be used in a way he didn't care for, but he unfortunately had no legal right to submit his songs to the Spotify content ID system. Fair use of other people's copyrighted material gets a lot murkier when you are selling a product or claiming ownership of the things within it. He went full retard about not getting help from Cover even though the songs were his own work, so IMO there was no reason for them to get involved. I do also want it to be known that he never removed his music from the bandcamp site. He had been selling it on there and other music related sites the entire time, so he was already playing a dangerous game by using Amelia's (and the other girls) voice to directly make a profit.

I'll give the thread a reminder that Cover only blew his shit up because he submitted his music to the content ID system on Spotify, claiming ownership of essentially everything in his music. Yes, people were outright stealing his tracks and monetizing them on Spotify, and he was worried that they would do what he ultimately did, which was submit his tracks to content ID to get his own stuff unfairly struck down.

They have some pretty good tracking on those, but they do kinda all look very similar, it's like all of them have their main colour be cream? and very similar faces. I think it's partially because of the visual effects on the thumbnail and video itself.

Not sure how to feel about the phase teaser. I think one of the most exciting things in watching a debut stream is always hearing the vtuber for the first time so this kinda takes some of the magic away - than again they did supposedly sing on discord already so I guess the cat was already out of the bag.
