Roe v. Wade was a goddamn judicial power grab and legislating from the bench that even Saint RBG thought was a logically unsound and shitty precedent. All this decision amounts to is a mea culpa from the Supremes: "Yeah, we done fucked up. Our bad. State legislatures, sort this shit out for yourselves."

Kicking it back to the states IS small government: rather than a one-size-fits-all national level mandate (pulled from the collective asses of the Federal Supreme Court, no less), it is now up to the individual states to wrangle it out for themselves.

Yeah yeah, in an ideal lolbert world there wouldn't be any legislation about what goes on in the bedroom between consenting adults and yadda yadda yadda. Abortion is not 'merely' between consenting adults, however: there is a kid caught in the fucking middle, who had exactly zero say in any of it, and who has done exactly nothing to deserve a death sentence, whether any abortion fetishists want to admit this to themselves or not.

I think that is really the problem, though I doubt she actually really fucks anyone. And even if she did, I should feel sorry for her because why? Just don't have degenerate sex. Done.

In Netflix's case, most, if not almost all of their US staff are in Cali AFAIK. So it's one of those things that in reality basically costs them nothing but placates their leftest employees a bit since CA won't be banning abortion.

PL/TMI: my gf and I are the only people we make sex with so that probably goes a long way toward that 100% success rate.
