Y'all may have heard of Isaac before. He's a mentally ill (BPD) man who went through a phase of thinking he was a woman, then detransed when his health went from bad to worse.
His most recent vid was horrifying in exposing how easy it is to get hormones (he posed as an ftm), but what really struck me was how hard this woman pushed for the top surgery option. (And the fact that she has kids of her own.)
You can literally hear the doller signs pouring out of her mouth. Big pharma and the medical industry are going to keep pushing this until it ends up like the opioid crises. (The public opinion bit, not the irreparable damage bit, we're already in that phase.)

This horrific nonsense really is a harbinger of societal collapse; at least with something like a lobotomy they were attempting to treat actual diseases, I'm convinced that gender dysphoria isn't even real. Gender dysphoria is just the result of high anxiety( which who doesn't have at the least a trace of anxiety in our modern times) or cooming yourself into mental illness, though typically a combination of both(yes even for some of the ftm). Enabling mental illness is not healthy, these people don't have dementia, they can legitimately be helped, but we as a society have failed them; not only have we failed these people, and enabled their mental illness, we've allowed them to irreparably mutilate their bodies into horrific monstrosities and crude imitations of either gender. Nothing can be done for the unfortunate souls that have cut away good flesh, it's gone forever, to make matters worse they chose it for themselves, and our medical industry held their hands all the way through their journey of self immolation promising them they would come out the other side a beautiful new human being.

From what I have seen before troons have become politicized in the past few decades, true gender dysphoria does exist, but it is extremely rare. However, until recently, SRS was only performed as a matter of last resort and it was still very controversial before troonery became mainstream as a lot of psychiatrists and physicians felt that the effects and nature of the surgery along with the realistic outcomes were not worth the risk. Most of the "trans" people you see around are either:
A. Fetishists
B. Have low self-esteem/hate themselves
C. Feel that they do not like things traditionally associated with men or women and erroneously think they are "trans".
D. Attention-seekers or tucute "transtrenders".
In all of the above cases, it does not help when you have the troon platoon on social media or elsewhere screaming that anybody who does not fall into a very narrow category of what being "masculine" or "feminine" is must be "trans" and go start your HRT and book your chop shop surgery appointments already.
For true gender dysphoria, we should treat it like any other body image disorder...counseling and encouraging healthy outlooks and bodily acceptance. If we treated bulimia or apotemnophilia like we do "gender dysphoria" we would be handing emetics to the former and having surgeons hack off healthy limbs for the prescribed therapy for the latter.

And? He still can fight against gender quacks even when he has issues. Another thing is that getting over such severe problems like child abuse & BPD can take years. You can't expect someone who is mentally ill & detransitioned not too long ago to make a complete 180 in a few months.
It's possible that he is going to act weird for a long time but if he focuses on getting better & is perhaps getting therapy even that will pass. At least that's what I hope for him & every detransitioner.

So here is a case from a plastic surgery journal featuring a FTM phalloplasty case using the RFFFP technique, and basically, the thing immediately starts dying from poor circulation. It was rescued by a very radical surgical intervention, but the chance of something similar happening in the future is very high from what the journal says. I cannot post the images directly because of some weird copyright protection on them that the journal has, but you can view them in the middle of the article.

When all is said and done, the neophallus basically ends up looking like a deflated lump of scar tissue even though it had been "saved".
Here is another case featuring permanent neuropathy from the phalloplasty donor site, and the article actually comes right out and says that the longterm effects of SRS are poorly studied and understood yet they still do these types of procedures.

But all of this highlights, just who the hell do these troons think are going to be their future sex partners? The end results of these SRS surgeries are going to be huge dealbreakers for the vast majority of people, and most of the time they are useless for the purposes of having actual sex.
Nobody is going to want to go near that thing as it resembles a deflated balloon, and amholes are basically a pocket of bacteria and liquified, dead skin with hair inside and an ungodly smell.
Imagine how awkward it must be to stop in the heat of the moment to inflate your dick by giving the pump in your "ballsack" a few pumps, hoping that it will be inflated enough for penetration...or making sure that you dialated your neovagina enough an hour ahead of time to make sure it could be penetrated somewhat easily.
These troons might get lucky with the occasional tranny-chaser, but still, that is not exactly a large part of the dating pool.
