I’d argue that morality was already legislated on in the gay marriage case. All that removing Roe does is make it so states can decide for themselves. Blue states can expand abortion to whatever limits they want while the red states will probably limit it. I think if abortion were to ever be decided by Congress, the most they’d probably allow would be 12-15 weeks, and exceptions for mother’s life in danger. An abortion law through Congress would have to be a compromise to work.
