did you know there are doctors that will deny you tubal litigation because you're "too young" or "you'll change your mind"? of course you could always doctor shop to find one that will do it, sure, but if you're a young woman, it's not super easy to get a tubal litigation.
also, and maybe you aren't familiar with this, but people who do have jobs these days, a lot of them are struggling to get by with the shit they already have to deal with. the added cost of a tubal litigation may not even be possible for some women.
additionally, tubal litigation is invasive surgery, obviously. shit can go wrong. which is why i personally am of the opinion that men should get snipped. it's less-invasive, and easily-reversible (apparently). tubal litigation, due to the nature of the surgery, is much more difficult to reverse, should you want to reverse it someday. inb4 "SHOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN A LITIGATION IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW FOR SURE" people change their minds all the time.
i'm assuming we're only really talking about tubal litigation in the event that other forms of contraception are made illegal.
