Here's the thing, when abortion and contraception is widely accessible, like 90 something percent of abortions happen around 12 weeks or sooner. It's not even a fetus til like 8 weeks. Abortions happening later are pretty much always either 1. Women who couldn't abort sooner, usually due to being poor and living in an area with a bunch of abortion restrictions 2. Wanted pregnancies that went tits up.
There's actually been some pretty good discussion of third/late 2nd trimester abortions in Tard Baby, there are only a few Dr's in the US that even perform them and you have to have Dr diagnosis of something horribly wrong to be able to get them in the first place. They're also prohibitively expensive since the procedure alone is thousands of dollars, on top of paying for airfare/hotel/rental car/food/etc. If you can't afford that tough shit, you're birthing whatever FUBAR inside-out brainless flipper zombaby whether you want to or not.
Btw I'm not sure where the prolifer obsession with fetal dismemberment comes from because that only actual medical procedure that involves deliberate fetal dismemberment is one developed specifically for this one FUBAR condition that's incompatible w/life thats like a full-body version of hydrocephalus that causes the fetus the swell and get gigantic w/no other way to get it out safely usually. It was brought up in tard baby.
