I don't have any scientific evidence for this but I think hookup culture effects men and women differently because women have unrealistically high standards for male attractiveness. Like if a guy has sex with an 8 one time and ends up marrying a 6, he'll still be happy because he's getting to have sex and a realtionship. But if a women has sex with an 8 one time, she'll never be satisfied with anything less. I have older female family members who work in a university setting. Several young women have admitted to them privately that all they really want is to get married and be a stay-at-home moms but are mocked ruthlessly by other young women, which is incredibly sad.

Absolute nonsense. Men can file for divorce for any reason as quick as women. At fault divorces are very rare. If the woman worked during the marriage, she is not getting shit for alimony and it works both ways. If the woman made far more money in the marriage (which does happen), she will 100% have to pay alimony to whatever cuck she married.
