There’s nothing not so much you can do past a point. He has a long male skull and that’s that. He’s never going to be a cutesy girlie but honestly he doesn’t look so bad in a still pic.
To his credit, he has nice hair and can actually put some naturalistic makeup on and is wearing normal clothing. So points for that. Make up is appropriate and suits his colouring and the hair is well kept and looks alright.

If he detransitioned, he'd probably be fine. The surgery did improve his appearance, it just didn't make him look like a woman.
But his constant fixation on his features, to the point of literally staring at himself in the mirror obsessing over his flaws, is a great example of why it's always been considered totally medically unethical to operate on people who have severe mental illnesses concerning body perception (dysmorphia, BIID, anorexia, et cetera). It's because it doesn't actually work to relieve the patient's mental distress. The real problem is in this guy's brain, not his face, and that goes for all trannies and is why tranny medicine is built on a huge and very profitable house of lies.

First of all: I don't want to encourage drug use. In my country (guess which lmao) it's honestly fairly normal to do drugs for fun. Always be aware of the dangers and keep yourself safe.
With that out of the way. My friends and I went to this big LGBT party and we had a blast. I had been there lots of times before, but the last time was still pre-covid and pre-op. I was sort of nervous becayse I was worried my dick would swell and I hadn't done this type of drugs anymore since surgery. To my relief, everything was fine and I partied my face off. I'll share some highlights!
Let me start with the dancing. I love dancing up close with people, grinding, all that stuff. Pre-op, I liked it too but I always felt self-conscious about if the other people could tell I was wearing a fake dick. Plus the dancing would basically push that hard lump of plastic against me which was physically uncomfortable.
I danced with a couple people and it was honestly so hot. There were a couple girls who would back their ass into me and move and grind their ass against my crotch. I swear it felt like one of the girls was purposely tracing my dick with her ass or something lmao, it was incredible. Not only was it a great visual, I was also super surprised at how sensitive my dick was and how good it felt what they were doing. At one point I was literally afraid I would come in my pants lol but that could have been the drugs.
Later on I danced with this dude but I didn't really like him, he backed his ass into me like too agressively lmao, almost painful. I just didn't really vibe with him but he seemed to have a good time paying attention to my groin area. The girls seemed to have fun watching us lmao.
