Nobody gives a fuck about you or your cabal of countries except the west. And other countries are just gonna keep ignoring you. Biden is impotent and screaming into the void.
It is called the G7, not the G194. All the other countries who want to do business with Russia can and will. If you think the blowback for sanctioning Russia, the 12th largest world economy was bad, wait until you get a load of what happens when they triple down by going after India (6th) and China (2nd)! Hey, at least the democrats and greenies will finally get that 10 dollar a gallon gas they've been dreaming of!

Edit: As for this whole idea of the NATO alliance going, "how do we harm BRICS without harming ourselves?," well, you're going to need a bigger acronym because Argentina, Indonesia and Iran want in and Saudi Arabia wants normalized relations with Iran now. Saudi Arabia breaking with the NATO alliance and the US/Israel/Saudi Arabia/Egypt power bloc in MENA and joining BRAIIICS (???) sure as hell wouldn't make petroleum any cheaper!

>"You cannot talk to me that way, and say things like that, because I'm more respectful than anyone you've ever met."
:story: :story: :story:
If there were ever a more perfect micro-cosm of how the elite behave behind closed doors.....

We are truly living in the end times lads.

If you were to tell me this was at a Fag Parade, I would be inclined to believe you.
I want off this ride.
Not gonna lie I thought it was a turkey costume at first.

A New York City court Monday struck down Democrats' attempt to permit more than 800,000 noncitizens to vote in local elections, a decision Republicans nationwide are hailing as a "huge victory for election integrity."

The Municipal Voting Law is "impermissible simply and solely for the reason that the Constitution says that it cannot be done," Judge Ralph Porzio wrote, ordering a permanent injunction, prohibiting Democrats from allowing noncitizens to vote.
The left must really hate that beautiful piece of paper by now....

Getting on my soapbox, the black community is deliberately kept in a state of welfare and democrat dependence by said democrats.

The root causes are various, but largely you can break down the issue into three camps. A lack of family structure, a focus on gang or street allegiances, and deeply hewn welfare dependence. The causes for these are usually highly interlinked so much so that if you were to ever knock out one of the major causes than the whole thing would grow unstable.

So, how does this relate to abortion specifically?

Nothing makes families form together more than kids. The kinds of black women likely to get abortions are ones conscious enough of financial and social responsibility that they want to avoid it, but who also want to avoid becoming yet another welfare queen with a baby daddy. Abortion has long been hyper focused on the black community, making sure that any potentially responsible mothers abort leaving only the welfare queens to really reproduce in number. This group of women are heavily dependent on welfare, do not desire a male influence in the house, and are generally repugnant... and incredibly loyal Democrat voters.

So what happens if this is disrupted? Well, the potentially more responsible mothers begin outpacing the Laquishas. There are simply more of them. Seriously, the abortion figures on black mothers is amazingly horrifying. And, over time, these women will form... well, families. It will be over generations, but removing easy abortion increases the level of responsible mothers in the black community. These mothers then form families. These families cause roots in the black community. Those roots lead to more stable households... which leads to integration into wider society.

Stable, integrated communities. With strong religious ties. And historically, dating well before the 70s, strong work ethics once they form strong community ties.

Blacks are actually demographically predisposed to -very- conservative views... once they grow roots. Abortion has been a hammer since day one to prevent them ever growing roots.
I don't know, frankly I think you are being too optimistic. I know you are very knowledgeable on politics since your job demands it, but what you just wrote contradicts the reality of where I live. I also saw some saying this will backfire in that the black population will grow as a result of more restrictive abortions, and I think my point of view might be of interest to those people.

The situation regarding black families is similar here, but abortion is and always was illegal, yet poor black families are the most dysfunctional and the most deeply dependent on welfare there is. Family structure is not affected by easy access to abortions, but rather it's the result of a vicious cycle of poverty + crime where abortion has no effect in, though it can have demographic implications.

To give you a better context of where I'm coming from, the short of it is that the Brazilian favelas are where most of the black population is concentrated and most (as in, at least 70% of the residents, the rest are honest hard-working men and women) are a drain on the country and society at large and keep voting liberal because they need the gibs to keep the cycle of young single mother Laquishas going:

If you have ever been to a favela, you know it's like a ghetto on steroids when it comes to crime, but it differs in that rather than section 8 housing it's these urban hellscapes of lego blocks where dumb tourists easily get lost and killed. The unwanted male children turn to crime since they know they never know what having a family is like, first stealing from tourists on the beach and later joining street gangs, and the females have to resort to becoming young mothers so they can get welfare (with Bolsa Família, which this year has been renamed to Bolsa Brasil, the payment you receive increases with the amount of children you have, therefore the more you pump out the better).

This is what the main water and power line in a favela looks like:

This is what a typical police operation in a favela looks like:

This is what the sewage in a favela looks like:

And this is not just exclusive to Rio de Janeiro, I see many microcosms that resemble a favela right where I live, in a <400.000 pop. city. Every capital city has at least one favela, though not as expansive as the ones in Rio.

Crime and poverty are what fuel the horrible family structures, and I'm sure even the Planned Parenthood doctors know they aren't helping solve those structural problems of black families by offering them abortions. From my experience talking with rich white liberals, it stems from an eugenics perspective to avoid these kinds of demographic issues where a big population of poor young black families have to live together. More than once, I've had them admit they support abortions in Brazil because they know the poor blacks are the most likely to get them. We also know that Planned Parenthood and the biggest supporters of abortions in the US were deeply involved in the eugenics movement.

Why it is that crime and poverty are intrinsically connected to majority black populations is another discussion (and it's not purely socioeconomic factors ;)), but easy access to abortions was never a factor in making black families more stable. Think about it, saying that black mothers who seek abortions would make for more responsible mothers doesn't really make sense, does it? The mothers I've spoken to who say they would like abortion to be legal supported their argument by saying that (excluding the obvious my body my choice shit) they wish they didn't have to worry about having a solid foundation to build a family upon since society and the government do not give enough opportunities for these poor black families to enrich themselves, not because they do not have one in the first place.

This is another vicious cycle, a lot of the poor black families wish to leave their position of poverty and become better functioning members of society, but most of the time this is not possible and/or they do not make an effort to, due to a variety of factors. More recently I've seen many social programs in private companies offering job positions and internships to poor black people, which from my personal experience does have good results and the people they employ are strong-willed people that fight to end the cycle of poverty, but the government of Brazil, which as you know was extremely liberal up until 2018, incentivizes the poor blacks to remain in the cycle of poverty AND the cycle of hoping to leave poverty through their number-of-children welfare programs and the promises of boosting the lower class so they have more access to goods and services. This is how you get those welfare queen Laquishas and Davonte thugs that are eternally poor, yet keep voting liberal in the hopes of stopping being poor without doing anything and fucking everything up in the process, specially to those respectable black families that do genuinely want to leave poverty.

Also I realize it might seem like I'm saying favelas evolve from ghettos if black population growth isn't kept in check, but frankly I don't know if that's true. The favelas in Rio and São Paulo started being developed back in the 19th century, whereas it seems that the ghettos in the US were created mostly in the 70s shortly before the crack epidemic, but by then Roe v. Wade had already happened (I don't want to comment on this because I have very little knowledge about it). It's not too far-fetched to think the eugenists that vehemently supported abortions in the US were keeping an eye on what was happening in other countries like Brazil though. These are the demographic implications of abortion I was talking about.

I hope my sperg made sense and thank you for listening to my TED Talk.

There was a case that is threatening to overturn Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council. Which is a core underpinning of the administrative state. As John Doe mentioned, it is the case which allows executive agencies to effectively write laws in their jurisdiction, and in many cases also be judge, jury, and executioner.

This one was a lawsuit against the SEC, and I believe it was the 5th court who said that trials are actually a required thing. I hope that case works its way up to this Supreme Court.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name.

Edit: I think it was Jarkesy v. SEC:
The decision

The Fifth Circuit vacated the SEC’s decision and remanded for further proceedings consistent with its opinion.

The right to a jury trial

As a preliminary matter, the court held that the SEC’s use of an ALJ to adjudicate the claims deprived the petitioners of their Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial because the SEC’s enforcement proceeding was similar to traditional actions at law to which the right to a jury trial attaches. The court noted that while Congress has the power to assign certain proceedings involving public rights to administrative adjudication, eliminating the right to a jury, it cannot assign adjudication of claims that are similar to traditional actions at law to an agency because such claims do not only concern public rights.

I think it's actually 3.0 and the problem is that the Twitter user uploaded a potato-ass image.
Oh thank fuck.

Latinos have made a 50% switch in support for Biden.

From +26 to -24. At this rate the left is going to start demanding they build that wall.

Can the left survive elections without their pet minorities giving them lockstep support? I know the blacks will continue to trade votes for gibs forever (barring the Republicans wising up and destroying that system -- what are the blacks going to do, vote for Democrats HARDER in retaliation?) but the other minorities turning on the left might be enough to screw them over.
-No-

@THEY STOLE MY FORESKIN
Reply bug.
black people, in general have slightly lower IQs and largely either came over as slaves or came over from shithole countries where they carried over their shithole cultures. Africa is a shithole in general. These all combine to create much greater tendencies and chances to commit crime.

Two key concepts, opportunity and integration.

The greater opportunity a country has the less crime it has generally. The greater a given population integrates into a country the closer to its culture and values that population becomes.

Brazil is, to be frank, lacking in opportunity and has severe integration issues stemming back to its founding, This is true of most of South America really. The U.S..... actually is about the same right now. But wasn't for a period. And during that period African American's found their niche of opportunity in manufacturing and other blue collar work. Crime went down, their communities were created, and the process of integration had begun. If it had continued on track there wouldn't be this issue.

But it did not.

I said in the post you respond to abortion is but one root cause. Others are an incredibly predatory welfare system, active grievance mongers whose sole purpose is to continue the destruction, and a rife gang culture actively bred and propagated by the left. All made possible to tear down that integrating community by an economic tsunami which destroyed the manufacturing jobs.

People have pointed to the prior race riots as counters to this, but its missing the larger point. The Democrats wanted an enslaved voting populace, blacks were ideal for this and they had been working on tearing down this nascent community for a while. It is hardly a new thing that the people who actually start shit are all Democrat operatives, plants, and lackeys. Put simply, the black community in the united states was on track to fully integrate and was sabotaged from within and without, and things like abortion have been used to keep them there.

Damn, talk about some strong "nice guy" vibes. Lol this seriously does kinda look and sound like something an abusive person would do, even in CurrentYear with #metoo shit like come on dude you're actually dumb enough to think this doesn't look sketch?

Having her sign a fucking NDA with a lawyer present after banging would look less sketch than this shit where he's shoving a camera in her face, "look you can't talk bad to me, got it? You have bruises? I didn't touch you though, did I? See how respectful I am! Now say it for the camera, say those bruises aren't from me, SAY IT!"

Edit -

Looks like Pelosi just fired off a new screechfit directed at SCOTUS and actually said the highest court in the land is a body of extremists that is punishing the American people

>Women's Health Protection Act
LOL trannies BTFO. But seriously, you're too late, Negative Nancy. You should've done something like this in the 50 years that RvW stood. But you didn't, and now you *gasp!* actually have to get up off your ass and do something! What a concept!

And it is doomed in the senate. Even the majority of RINOs are anti-abortion. And those that aren't know they'd not survive voting for this.
