I mean, at this point I don't even bother with the moral argument. Yeah, babies are dying. So are soldiers overseas and homeless people in the streets, and yet nobody gives a fuck. If people want to pretend to be virtuous, go work in a soup kitchen and stop pretending that you give a fuck about the sanctity of life.
"you are not spending every free minute of your time on trying to save africans from starvation, that means you don't care whether in your country murder is legal or not"
giga ultra brainless retard argument

So is anyone on the left not being a total idiot about this? Because all I can find are prolife people being able to spread stuff that isn’t misinformation.
Probably not. By now, anybody rational who got fed up with the behavior from the leftist and progressive factions that infest social media have long since been chased away. All you see remaining are the true believers who will never change their minds, which is why the shrieking is particularly loud across Twitter/Facebook/Reddit. You would think a mass exorcism were happening thanks to Roe getting overturned.

This article mentions that several clinics re-opened since then, but honestly how much will these injunctions even matter as far as clinics willingness to perform abortions that don't broadly fall under "reasonable" limits in places that have these laws that target abortion providers ?

Just like that story from Houston making the rounds where they voluntarily shut down on account of shitting their pants due to the uncertainty of whether the authorities will go after them for older laws that pre-date the more recent Texas legislation I have to imagine a lot of these people aren't all that eager to gamble on "the right side of history" winning in court if their ever charged.

The Supreme Court says this is up to the states to work out and these injunctions in the trigger-law states are the opening shots in what that looks like. State Supreme Courts will end up having ultimate authority now.

Even the most hard-core baby killer won't want to roll the dice and potentially win a free trip to the gallows with complementary hemp - they're only into baby death.

Every time I think I saw the worst argument a worse one pops up

These bitches are gunna lose their shit and riot.

Summer of Fun 2 is happening.
if north carolina gets a supermajority in the assembly this midterm they could possibly have a veto proof bill. it’s unlikely. but if they retain their current majority, and we get a republican governor after Goy Cooper finally gets the fuck out of the governors mansion it almost certainly will be banned here also. except in cases of maternal danger or incest.

Nigger, I absolutely hate you for spreading this idea because my girl is parroting it too. She's like "well, if abortion is illegal, all men should be required to get vasectomies until they're married. It's an easy and reversable procedure."

I had to hit her with a "damn, it's crazy that a bunch of white men took away your right to bodily autonomy - we totally need to reverse that decision." I'm *NOT* getting the little snib snib.
Sounds like you need to ditch that bitch and date a conservative...

I absolutely agree! I think the biggest misconception about women is that we don't want families of our own. Sure, some women don't feel called to be mothers but I would say the majority of us do. And yes, it is possible to have a career and raise a family - my mom did it and so many other moms out there are doing it too. It's not an easy feat by any means but with proper planning and support, anything is possible.

Having children late in life is definitely a personal choice and I respect those who make that decision for themselves. However, I do think people underestimate their ability to balance both parenting and working full-time careers. It can be done but it takes a lot of dedication (and sometimes sacrifice) from both parents.
Women definitely feel the call of motherhood, they just feel it too late to do anything about it.
