This is appalling and I'm glad that in my country if I were to have an ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, or a baby that's incompatible with life, that it wouldn't be any more traumatising than it needs to be for me or the lost baby. Pregnancy is a big health risk for any woman, many things can go wrong at any point for myriad reasons. Abortion is a medical necessity sometimes. I assure you no woman enjoys or is proud of having an abortion, and the short term pain of an unwanted baby dying is a lot better than being raised as a ward of the state in these states that aren't prepared for the problems that this will bring.

No it's not a federal crime and the courts already said it will unconstitutional if the states where to try and punish citizens if they got an abortion in other state other than their own.

The best way to avoid pregnancy is to take some responsibility. Vasectomies are preventative, if the goal is prevention then use contraceptives or abstinence. Don't be a disingenuous retard.

I could be wrong about this since I'm not obsessed with the abortion debate one way or the other, but I'm pretty sure back when Roe v. Wade was originally handed down the pro-life movement was adamant about the whole 'No abortions ever for any reason' stance, and it was fairly uniform across the board.

Roe v. Wade might have been shoddily written law, but there's almost no one in this thread taking the stance that a woman should have to die or give birth to a four-armed incest baby to satisfy their pro-life views.

So maybe Roe v. Wade has done what it was meant to do and shifted the topic on abortion to something more sane and it's time to let it go and allow the states to decide for themselves what their laws regarding it will be.

If it makes more leftoids leave my state then I'm all in favor, personally. I'm okay with even Florida's 15 week limit, because three months is plenty to realize you're pregnant and go make an appointment unless you're terminally retarded or so unhealthy/out-of-touch with your own body that things like that escape you.

So yeah. For the record I'm pro-choice (up to 15 weeks or so) but cutting up a baby in the womb to remove it is evil, post-birth abortion is straight up Moloch shit, and the leftoids have become so obnoxious that I'd probably sign away all of my actual Constitutional rights if it meant they fucked off.

Since giving up rights you are fond of to drive off the NPC hoard came up.
