Again, I reiterate my question as to whether having a further revision may put Kevin at risk of not just fistula, but his bladder and lower intestines just sliding out of his groin after a loud cough or attempt at lifting a box of transformers.

I am surprised that the TSA have not insisted on this already.

I was reading the Korps thread, and there’s something very tragic about the whole trans surgical industry. For all they talk about being affirmed and shit, the reason the surgeons are willing to do half the shit they pull is because they know trans women will pretty much always turn out horrific. That’s probably half of why the standards and gatekeeping for say, breast implants are so much higher for real women. These people have mistaken being written off for being loved.
