For Kiara, yes. Kinda. Unlike buying stars, the company involved plant trees and protect the land from urban development. So in that regard her fans have done a good thing regardless of what name is attached.

HOWEVER, owning any amount of land in Scotland does actually make you legally eligible to adopt the title of 'Lord' or 'Lady' in most UK jurisdictions. In that regard, she can't utilise it because Takanashi Kiara isn't a real person.

Takanashi Kiara spends an eye-watering $30,000 on land in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. $300 per every 10²ft. I know this because I also received the same YouTube ad from Established Titles that she did.

Goes to a good cause even if it's basically an NFT and doubles up as some perspective to the people who think that any of these people are anywhere near dire straits.

Edit: Upon inspection and what was mentioned in her Members Stream, it seems she has misinterpreted the second paragraph of the deed, which describes Kilnaish at a 1000²ft land, as her ownership of the entire land, rather than the 30²ft the deed stipulates she owns. 33 ft by 33 ft, which is what the deed states, is 1089 ft². As far as I can tell Kiara's tweet is exactly right and the members stream doesn't contradict it either.
Highland Titles site puts the price of 1000 sq ft at 750 usd.

I was subbed to kson. I liked her gunpla building streams and the occasional one where she'd cook and chat.

I wasn't subbed to Coco and I'm not subbed to Kson either. To me she is an important figure in the Vtubing world but I never really cared much about her content. Didn't stop me from crying at that graduation stream though, but it was more because of the other girls than for her. I knew she would be better off away from Hololive given how much management fucked her over.

I see people are being sane and rational about Kson and not flailing exceptionally about the VShojo news.

Seriously though, some people need to chill a bit. And hey, Vshojo and Hololive as collabed in the past. Imagine if they pull that off.

To anyone bitching, they forget that this move helps legitimize Vshojo on the Japanese market which can eventually lead to having Kson collab with some of the Hololive girls which is something people wanted. Overall it's a positive move even if I don't care much about Vshojo.

I want to pout about Vox being at the front of the line because I know I'll never get a Millie Nendo made, but he and Salome own Niji at the moment for all intents and purposes.

They will probably start out with Vox and if they do one of the girls then its probably Elira and if there is enough hype (and the figures sell well) they will move on to releasing the full group. I would buy EN3 if they get announced.
