I think this was a big factor but Phil's bankruptcy hearing happened right when COVID happened. This was discussed 2 years ago but everything was out of whack, things piled up, etc. So it wasn't a "normal" hearing anyway. Which I think is why the court didn't care about the cases as they were probably piled up from everything and having to adjust to it not being in person.Honestly, you can tell the court didn't give a fuck about the cases, like how that guy with a boat yelled in glee that he got away with it (funniest part of that bankruptcy call imo). Either they didn't care since it was through phone so they wanted to get it over with or Washington has the easiest bankruptcy court to defraud. Because if you would look at his paperwork (which Rekieta did) you could see so many errors and contradictions to his filing. Also I was shocked the judge wouldn't look into Phils case because having a job labeled as "online content creator" I would look through that filing and question how someone spends more than they earn on making videos for the internet.
I had friends and family go through bankruptcies and those fuckers questioned every expense and earning the person made. Again, Phil got lucky with his bankruptcy and he should have taken that opportunity to better his life and his mare's life. But naw the fucker still overspends on doordash, jpeg sweaty men, and god knows what other useless crap.
The thing is the trolls, fans, YouTube, or any other force will not stop Phil from what he is doing. The only person that will ruin his life will be him because sooner or later he will slip up causing the authorities to rain fire and brimstone down on his life. If not then Phil made a deal with the devil so he will get his punishment in the afterlife.
To add to @Cistern Rumbler , the best trolling we got with Phil was when Nigel was doxing his WWE Guild Members and getting him kicked out from each faction.
