As we know with Russ, blows everything up intoa big deal like his reviews of working staff being " rude to him" when they are working or the gym incident where he was scared of the so called truck driver or his classic " I have a " date" with a hooker &we are dating..
I doubt he could just say " She got my shake wrong" and say " She gave me the wrong shake because she didn't like my face"

Knew a guy who has to use some artificial tears because his tear ducts are broken. Every 6-8 hours he needs to add a couple drops. I wouldn't be surprised if Pipsqueak had to use them on occasion.

It's like every single professional victim out there. Everything that goes wrong with them, and I mean EVERYTHING, is because they're fat / gay / short / black etc. It's always the go to response when being asked why this happened or their order got fucked up. Sometimes it's just because people are fallible and often times it's because they just don't care one way or another. There's no need to make a case of it.

That's probably the case. Moebius can cause progressively worsening vision over time due to eye damage from lack of moisture if not kept up with eyedrops.

Should the court have been more specific when they wrote "three days"? I can see how this could be interpreted as three business days as opposed to three calendar days. If interpreted as the former, wouldn't this give Russhole's legal counsel until close of business Tuesday? (assuming that there is a national holiday on Monday for 4th July).

10th circuit court of appeals (at least in the rules) makes sure to specifically mention when they mean buisness days as opposed to calendar days.

Thanks for clearing that up. It's not a good look for Russhole's lawyers if they don't know the rules of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. It's an even worse look if they do know the rules but choose to ignore them.
